I been with T mobile about 15 years very disappointed
I been with T mobile about 15 years. I thought I was getting a really good service up until recently when I traded in my iPhone 6 for an iPhone 11 and now I’m experiencing problems I never experienced with my iPhone 6. First let me start by saying, an Apple update caused my iPhone 6 to crash so I had to go out and buy a new phone. I was thinking of leaving T mobile at the time but heard they recently merged with sprint so there weren’t too many competitors to compare. So I decided to stay with T mobile after hearing At &t and metro pcs didn’t have good service (which appears to be false). So I get the new iPhone 11 and my unlimited data. All of a sudden I cant watch videos on YouTube because it’s saying no internet connection. I call t mobile, they connect me to the tech. After the tech exhaust all possible options, the tech tells me to call YouTube. I was shocked to be receiving a number I can get in touch with you tube because in the past I thought YouTube didn’t have a customer service department where you can call and talk to a rep. Shouldn’t T mobile know this? The issue is a simple fix on T-Mobiles end that they can’t seem to fix. A friend who has a metro pcs logged me into his hotspot and my YouTube videos was working fine. How come T mobile couldn’t figure this out? I question who is helping me when I call T mobile. Where are these people located and do they know what they’re doing or just reading a script. The t mobile customer service reps are friendly but they all aren’t on the same page. It’s frustrating to the customer to have to keep calling over and over for the same issue when it should be a simple fix. So far my problem has not been resolved. I’m waiting for T-Mobile to reach out to Apple and rectify this. I’m going to reconsider leaving T mobile and look for a better service that will provide value to a loyal customer like myself after all these years. It looks really bad on T mobiles end when someone you know has an Android phone, paid $200 for, a metro pcs provider and their phone/service works better than your $700 phone and so called highly reputable T mobile provider. I feel like I got spooked. Even owning the iPhone 6, I noticed updates made my battery weaker and weaker. Supposedly the batteries are better on the new iPhone 11. Only had the iphone 11 two weeks and I’m having issues with the service.
