I wish i could give them less than 1 star today I was trying to upgrade my phone and my wife's well after 2 hours and 4 customer service no orderd phones no order and God only knows what they were even saying maybe if they actually spoke English it wouldn't be so bad but this was painful I was trying to spend money thats unbelievable that it was that hard to spend my money I guess thats why I should have went into the store

The worst experience ever. Home 5G is a JOKE! The service is terrible. Wireless "Home Internet" is a NOT REAL THING. Why I thought this would work after the laughable 4G Home Internet. I hope maybe with 6G this might work.

I applaud the company for hiring Gio Garzon at the 280 store in Birmingham, Alabama. I am a 67-year-old customer who needed help with my phone not charging.. Giovanni took the issue seriously. He listened to me, took my phone to a technician, answered my numerous questions about other tools used for charging my phone and reassured me not to worry. The phone was fixed. Because I was so pleased with my service, I purchased a car charger. I am a satisfied customer, thanks to Gia Garzon.

Can literally watch myself get throttled... Turn hotspot on, on phone 12 to 15 mbs download speed 10 seconds later 2kbs. sad sad sad coming from a 10 year plus SPRINT customer. What a joke. looks like only they can take something good, and make it horrible

T-mobile ask me to wear mask in the store if is not require by Virginia law. I know T-molile from our tech business and private. new staff workers in the local store have minimum pay because company wants to save to salaries.

We signed up for a plan with T-mobile on Dec 10, 2021. Our first bill was for the period Nov. 11- Dec 10. We sought an explanation both in the store and with their phone customer service. Their reps acted like this was totally logical. Finally, a supervisor said there was a "glitch" in their billing system and would be self-correcting. Now our second bill is for the period Dec 11- Jan 10 (which basically should be our first month). This is ridiculous.

From day 1, it never worked right. From the moment I signed up I was only getting 0.1 mbps. For next 4 days, I spent an average of 2 hours on hold to talk to customer service. Only to be given useless suggestions like "trying turning your phone off and on and wait 24 hours". Nothing was ever fixed. And after a lot of complaining, I finally got them to cancel my account and promise me a refund. But two months later, they are still billing me each month for service I don't have! And they tell me that I can't connect the billing department, because I no longer have an account. Yet they keep billing as if I do. They actually told me if I want my money back or to even get them to stop billing me, I would have to take it up with their legal team. I am shocked, I have seen scam artists who are less corrupt than t-mobile.

I paid $31 for activation of home internet service, I am on the phone with Carla, agent 28018, i am asking for a supervisor and i have done so over and over again and she is stalling. But she is giving terrible service. there is a notation in my account that i was given a 15 day free trial and that should i be dissatisfied it would be no problem getting a refund. But guess what? its a problem getting my refund. TI have spent 4 hours on the phone with you today with no results. a waste of my time. then on top of that, no 2 agents are saying the same ting. So not only am i receiving horrible customer service, and getting the run around i am also being lied to. This is why i left T-Mobile years ago and went to Sprint. And this is why i dont want to do business with you now. I want my refund sent BACK TO THE CARD I PAID YOU WITH
