Kudos out to the customer staff at Heritage Oaks T-Mobile. I can't say enough about Jon and Sierra who have helped me through the transition of my new phone. Their patients and knowledge is phenomenal. They greet you with a smile even when you come in with question after question and their answer is "that's what we're here for". Thank you again for your understanding and help.

T-Mobile rep lack customer service !
T-Mobile yes the best if you want to speak to live rep but their attitude is poor! You for them silently while they do their things when it’s your turn when you asked to wait they rush you when it’s not even 1 min yet by making suggestion etc. most of the rep isn’t half my age trying to tell me how to do things? If I didn’t asked don’t tell me how or what to do! Your position is only customer service yet you don’t know who is only the other line as your client and may be more knowledgeable than they are.

T-Mobile isn't good anymore
I used to be an extremely satisfied T-Mobile customer. I used their service for years. The customer service was great, I never had to wait and always talked to an American who understood English and were always happy to help.
I moved out of the US a few years ago. I closed the relevant lines but left my account open. There was no activity on my account in any way for a few years.
Out of the blue, in September 2021, I got an email
saying "Thank you for shopping with us. We thought you'd like to know that we shipped your return kit, and that this completes your order." I immediately contacted T-Mobile customer service.
The support person could barely speak English, let alone fix a simple mistake. She repeatedly assured me that I wouldn't be charged and my account would remain open.
5 days later, I got an email saying my account was deactivated. I immediately called customer service again. They were so sorry, but there wasn't anything they could do about the erroneous closure of my account. And again, they assured me that I
definitely, certainly would not be charged for the router associated with the return kit.
A month later, I got a letter in the mail demanding payment of $105.93. I called support yet again, and was assured again that I would not be charged.
I continued to receive mail about my alleged debt to T-Mobile. In December 2021, I even wrote an email to Kimberly Wyman, Vice President Customer Care at T-Mobile with all the details, but I never heard back.
Now I've been sent to
collections.

Spend your money elsewhere!
New T-Mobile store opened locally, so checked out their prices on a Wi-Fi device and monthly service. Seemed reasonable, so decided to purchase the device outright and go with a monthly charge on credit card.
The first two weeks were awesome. Great connection, and I could check emails, look at various web sites. No streaming, no videos. Have borrowed Wi-Fi units from library in past, and am allowed 3 GB so very careful with data usage.
After the second week passed (my return window for full refund now closed), the unit ceased connecting. That's right folks, it was DEAD. Phoned the T-Mobile toll free number on my paperwork and went from one person to another. Rough going as connection was poor and English was not their first language. After 45 minutes, am told I've used up all 10GB. What? How could that possibly be true? How am I going to argue? Can't connect to check my account to validate.
Three days later, in frustration I turn on the device and---it lights up! I'm back in business! Look up my account on T-Mobile and no, I haven't used up all my time, not by a long shot. "Chatted" with a Rep from their web site and am told there was a mistake and they will make it right by crediting me extra GB's. This never happened.
And that's when the connection, which was so great the first two weeks, ended. My screen would freeze, some web sites took forever to connect, and from experience, knew this was all due to the Wi-Fi. Something had changed on their end.
In desperation, reached out to T-Mobile and asked what recourse was offered? I was out $130, and the two week return window had passed. Would someone throw this old lady a bone?
The Rep offered to approach the manager of the Grants Pass, Oregon store. Perhaps he could do something for me. It was up to him. Sadly, he did not find my situation worthy of consideration. A useless Wi-Fi device, and a month of "service" which I wasn't able to use for half a month. Terrific!
T-mobile is not a business I would recommend. In fact, I bad mouth them to anyone who will listen. I'll do my part to run them out of the Grants Pass area.

I give TMobile Customer Service Reps in Missouri a 1 ⭐️
I was happy when I switched from AT& T to TMobile this last year . But unfortunately what was promised me at the store is not the actual bill on my Tmobike app is . So every month I keep calling the 800 customer service number who thus far has not done absolutely nothing but frustrate and confuse me further . I immediately go to my TMobile store and they fix the problem . It is very frustrating to physically go to the store each month to fix my bill each and every month .

Customer Service lies
Had the worst experience with T-mobile. They wanted to fix my phone issues and not insurance. For some reason they didn't want me to go through insurance. I have had major problems with my Samsung A20 phone and even more problems with the 2 replacement phones they sent. An agent promised me my that they were going to replace my phone witha new model. I got a text and she sent the same phone in which 3 were all bad. The agent lied and noted nothing in her paperwork. They offered a replacement of some crazy phone that I have never heard of then offered $100 towards a new phone. I may have been more accommodating if I hadn't been lied to. I highly suggest recording all conversations with support.

horrible service
horrible service. Nothing good! don't use them. I am so tired fighting over each and every thing. And its super expensive. Took me forever to disconnect and yesterday after all the troubles i have been through, after all the suffering and the charges they had the balls to call me and try to sell me something and didn't even mentioned their company until its been 10 minutes of conversation. Of course I hung up on them.

I have been a sprint customer for…
I have been a sprint customer for several years, and very happy with them. well now T-mobile bought out sprint. I travel to Naples Florida several times a year, never had a problem with reception on my phone until now, since it is T-Mobile, no reception at all. I called customer service, from the driveway two feet from the street, the only place it would sometimes work, they said they could fix it. Ok i was told to restart my phone after a few minutes and someone will call me to check to see if the problem was resolved. they did call back and my phone worked. they sent me a survay asking if i would recommend them. I waited about an hour to be sure I didn't have another problem when I went to respond to the survey my phone would not work. I tried to send it again an hour later from the driveway, and was informed they were not accepting any more responses since the survey had timed out. the reason i could not respond, phone didn't work. I cannot have a phone the is not reliable. I would never recomend them. Now I am forced to change to another cell carrier. Don' use T-Mobile if you travel outside of a large city. Reception is very poor.
