I use Galaxy S20 5G and my battery wouldn't charge. I've had problems with this phone from day one, BUT They found that there was a glitch in the phone. They gave me a T-Mobile certified pre-owned Phone. Is the exact same model, Color with charger. The performance of this phone is Excellent! Many Galaxy phone user's 📱 Don't understand that it is truly a Smartphone! I appreciate T-Mobile representation for helping me With the problems I had and replaced my phone. I've been a T-Mobile customer For over 6 years now And I'm happy with their service. Thanks ✨️

Tmobile signal is always weak and does not work at all in countryside!!! I live in henrico county i can not even send sms

I've been a customer of Sprint since 1999. However, ever since merging with T-Mobile my experience has been one of the worst. The latest issue I've had was when adding a new line to my account. All I wanted to do is purchase a new phone and port an existing phone number to the new phone. I am now 8 hours into the problem when it should have only taken 30 min to add the line. They have inadvertently shut off the other numbers on my account, lost the number I wanted transferred into my account and still do not have a resolution. I could go on for days with the consistent incompetency but I won't. Here's the point: T-Mobile makes it almost impossible to do business with them, they don't train employees to conduct simple tasks and the company doesn't really seem to care. They offered me a $50 voucher for my time. do the math, that's $6.50 an hour which shows how they really feel and value their customers..........They could care less.

I switched from AT&T to TMobile over a year ago and couldn’t be happier 😍 AT&T was charging us more every year over the Kat decade , and then to endure. the rude customer service I personally experienced @ my AT& T store , Avon , Ohio , USA , was the last straw . I went to my local TMobile Store and the the team was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the whole process and made my family plan transition easy & stress free . Got the Magenta Plan , with free Netflix and a lot less then what AT& T was charging us . No more dropped calls , great friendly customer service online & in store and awesome pricing. Love the TMobile Tuesdays . Never looking back & hope to continue with my TMobile Team for years to come 🤞 Namaste 🙏🏻

Just sat on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting for customer care to look up my account.

Great price but the worst coverage. Worst lost and damaged claims experience.

In Cincinnati area great 5G coverage and high speeds. Their customer service, even though many from the Philippines, is excellent and the representatives have given lots of latitude to make corrections. . Surprising from a celluar company.
