T-Mobile has lost a customer and a fan... no one deserves treatment like I got.nother customer
T-Mobile has lost another customer, due to Overcharging, Broken Promises, Poor Customer Service and A Senior shouldn't be treated this way... Nobody should! Charged me for $105- for back copies of my own bills, then did not send anywhere near what I paid for, an hour on phone, 6 times on hold, finally Supervisor Lexy said within 24 hrs it'd be resolved... It wasn't, its not, and T-Mobile's not caring just cost me more than you can imagine. Shame on you, Angelo & Lexy.

T-MOBILE—-PAYMENT PENALTY FOR CASH AND CREDIT…
PAYMENT PENALTY FOR CASH AND CREDIT CARD
I live in Panama City FL have T-Mobile Gateway Home Internet Service and pay my bill at the T-Mobile office on 23rd Street via CASH. I’m now being charged a monthly fee of $5 because I’m paying with CASH. I think those paying with credit cards are charged the $5 fee as well. The $5 fee will be waived if the customer gives their bank account number and/or debit card. T-Mobile has been hacked 9 times since 2018, including TWICE BETWEEN JANUARY AND MAY OF 2023. WHY SHOULD ANYONE TRUST T-MOBILE TO PROTECT THEIR BANK ACCOUNT AND DEBIT CARD INFORMATION. CASH IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR T-MOBILE. This review was written by LynKin

T-Mobile is a NIGHTMARE
Liars and crooks apparently now run this company. T-Mobile has started charging for the "privilege" of paying with a credit card, something I have been doing a decade. Supposedly my price was guaranteed for life, but this is their sneaky way to break the deal.
They say you can avoid the fees by giving them your bank info -- but they've been hacked numerous times, so you'd have to be insane to give them this information.
Furthermore they promised they'd exempt me from the fees since I've been a customer for a decade, then they said that was a mistake. In other words they lied, repeatedly.
Nobody will help, they just give the runaround. Avoid this company like the plague, they deserve to go bankrupt.

T Mobile's customer website shows that…
T Mobile's customer website shows that my two lines use iPhones - that is wrong, we have Samsung S22s. Two different CRSs were unable or unwilling to correct this, and both tried to persuade me that the incorrect info shouldn't matter to me. Also, even though I returned my TM 5G router on Oct 22, 2022, TM kept charging me service fees for its use - despite their own records that show I returned it on that date. I requested a full, back-dated refund but I only received a partial refund. Apparently it is TM's position that the customer is responsible for maintaining the integrity of TM's own - clearly broken - systems! Abject and unapologetic institutional incompetence.

BEWARE any "free gifts"
**************BEWARE any "free gifts", it appears to be a way for sales associates to pad their sales.*******************
In December 2022, after more than four hours of setting up a new family account and transferring the data of three phones, our sales associate offered me and my mother some free gifts. The gifts were three clip-on selfie lights and a digital tag like Apple's "airtag". My mom and I debated who would take the tag, I let her have it and took two of the selfie lights.
Fast forward to July 2023: My mother gets the monthly bill, however, this month, I took a look at it because I traveled abroad and knew that I would owe my mother some extra $$ for international calls. While going over the bill I noticed two monthly charges for "OTHER DEVICES" with phone numbers we didn't recognize. One was for $5, the other was for $30.
I called customer service and we clear up the $30 right away. Turns out the day after we went in together, my mother was having an issue with her phone and visited the T-Mobile store. Her sales associate tried to sell her on how great their modems are and said, "Here, just take it home and try it." My mom is in her mid-70s and couldn't figure it out, so she took it back the next day. All of this was in T-Mobile's records, however, we were being charged $30 a month anyway. They swiftly credited us back the $210 but why were we getting charged when the modem return had been logged in their system? Shady? We think so.
However, the $5/month charge was for the tag given to us as a "free gift". Customer service explained that it WAS free, we were just paying for the monthly service. We said that was never explained to us, we didn't even know that the tag required service to be used, and my mother didn't know where the tag was because it had the value of a "free gift" and when she couldn't think of a use for it, she promptly lost it. We had to escalate our complaint in order to be credited for the $35 we'd paid in monthly charges and the $96 they say is the retail value of the tag, but they did it. This one is less shady on the part of T-Mobile billing, however, it was really uncool the way it was give to us as a "free gift".
We asked if the sales associates earn commission on the modem and tag that they foisted on us and (not surprisingly) they do.
**************Watch out for "free gifts", it appears to be a way for sales associates to pad their sales.*******************
In general we've been satisfied with T-Mobile's service. We left AT&T after DECADES of being their customers and a huge rate hike. However, this experience has definitely left us wary.

Shady Billing Practices and Retaliatory Tactics
Our company switched from AT&T to T-Mobile on November 19, 2022. The store that we went to on Stefko Blvd in Bethlehem, PA set up the account incorrectly and since then we have had a multitude of billing issues and blatant lies about promotions and pricing.
After an abnormal amount of calls to customer service I was finally turned on to the "T-Force" who is T-Mobile's Twitter/Facebook support team here in the US. This team was quite helpful in finally getting the billing issues resolved with the exception of an ongoing issue with Auto Pay and our business debit card. (For clarity, T-Mobile changed their terms regarding the AutoPay discount on lines that one must now use a debit card or checking account to pay the bill. This is obviously a concern when T-Mobile has had numerous data breaches recently.)
The card has been able to be charged for manual payments without an issue, however when allowing it on the account for Auto Pay it isn't working. Our bank has informed us that T-Mobile isn't even trying to authorize the card and T-Mobile has explained that the card must not be compatible with their billing system - to which I then said "maybe I should file an FCC complaint regarding your shady billing practices."
Upon threatening to file an FCC Complaint, they mentioned that they'd note the account and then shut service off Friday evening (7/21/2023) in retaliation. Their response is that the account is an unacceptable risk and I would have to take the matter up via US Mail to their fraud management group. We are also unable to take our phone numbers away to another carrier if we chose to do so.

I bought a new phone in T-Mobile, useless
I bought a new phone in T-Mobile.
They never told me it would be blocked despite I told the salesman to setup a E-sim because I will use it internationally with other sim cards.
The charged me $37.45 for "in-store purchase" fee.
Now I know it will be blocked for 2 year financing time, I will have to spend time and money returning the equipment, buy the same phone in Google Store, wait for it and spend another 4 hours configuring and recognizing the new phone with other devices.
They told me over the phone that they can do nothing, just return my new phone and buy it anywhere else unlocked.
I am a 5 year T-Mobile customer. Now thinking to switch to a more friendly company.

Disappointing Experience with T-Mobile Test Drive
I recently decided to take advantage of T-Mobile's Test Drive program, hoping to assess the network service before fully committing. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
The service was plagued with intermittent interruptions and noticeably poor coverage, leading to my decision to return the equipment within the specified return period. What was supposed to be a straightforward process has since spiraled into a frustrating ordeal.
Following the return, I've continuously been billed for a service I'm no longer using. Even after reaching out to their customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Their team has shown an alarming lack of ability or willingness to correct these errors, causing needless stress and a financial burden.
This ordeal with T-Mobile has been an unwelcome surprise, particularly given their established presence in the telecom industry. I was expecting professional and efficient service but have instead faced a lackluster network and questionable customer support. I'm sharing my experience in hopes that potential customers might be better informed before they decide to sign up for any T-Mobile services.
Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend T-Mobile's Test Drive, let alone their regular services, to anyone looking for reliable coverage and competent customer service.
