I have been happy with TMobile as a carrier, but I had inadvertently locked my Galaxy S22 and called the store at Golf an Milwaukee in Niles to see if I should bring it in. She told me not to bother, there was nothing either they or Samsung could do except a hard reset where I would lose all my data. I got a more courteous version of the same answer at another store, saying it was a liability issue. Luckily I kept looking and discovered a simply online fix at Samsung's Smart things. It took 60 seconds. They don't know what they're doing.

Absolutely horrible customer service and coverage. Just a few hours after I had changed service to T-Mobile I was having connection issues when I got home. The T-Mobile office was in a city area but I live rural area and I asked how the coverage was in my location and was assured that I would have good coverage. I tried to call a friend when I got home and could not connect to the service. I was able to access Wi-Fi calling but that seems wrong that I am paying for their cell coverage but have to use my Wi-Fi, electricity and data for to use my phone? I drove the 35 mile round trip back to T-Mobile and after waiting about 10 minutes (which is fine, they were busy), a lady assisted me and reset the connections on my phone. She said that would fix it. I asked if she could show me what she did but told me it was in my settings and moved onto another customer. That was rude. Really? Couldn't take 30 seconds to show me after I just drove 20 minutes to get here? Well it did nothing to help. I still had no service at home except Wi-Fi calling. Here is where it gets worse. About 2 weeks ago my elderly neighbor was outside spraying weeds. I watched him slowly drop to his knees. I ran over to see if the was OK but I could see he was not doing well so I asked if he wanted me to call 911. He just looked at me and started to slur his words a bit. I escorted him to his back porch and decided to call 911. I had no service. I was outside my home so my Wi-Fi couldn't connect. I had to enter his house and call 911 on his land line. He is OK and just had some heat exhaustion but I will never trust T-Mobile ever again. I changed to another service last week. Today I tried to log into my T-Mobile account to close it and remove my payment information as I always close down old or not used accounts anymore. They all ready locked me out. Cannot access the account. Stay away from T-Mobile.

I visited T-Mobile store #449E located at 3153 E Main Street, Mohegan Lake, NY 10547. Today, the store was very busy and most of the customers came in with attitudes. But Roxy and handle all customers with patient's and respect. Guys you are a great plus the service Roxy and Noah gave me after all they went through was outstanding. You guys won over i will go back to the old store. My issue was resolved. Thank you and Thank you. Vivian Pabon

Horrific company! Do NOT use. Their staff is nice, but they are blocked by ridiculous polices! They could give me service for free and there's zero chance I'd accept! That should speak volumes.

After many complaints about the phone they stole the answer was the standard answer they give everyone: "Hi Monica, It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future." AKA: we don't care, you are just a number for us, if you don't pay we sue you , but we can steal and scam you as we like, we just want your money.

T-Mobile threatening to cancel phone line because they can’t afford to pay the roaming fees to other carriers… Received this text message from T-Mobile: “We hope you are enjoying your plan benefits! Your usage on line (phone number) has been roaming off our network, which violates our terms and conditions. If this line continues to roam extensively over the next month your line will be cancelled.” This is the first message I’ve received about this. When I spoke to t-mobile about this text, they claim I was notified 90 days ago about this. This is not true! I checked all email and text message communications from them and found no notifications regarding this issue. The phone number has been on my account for at least ten years and there’s never been a roaming issue before. Sprint has been transitioning to t-mobile for the last couple of years. What I find interesting is that I was fully transitioned to t-mobile billing July 8, 2023 and now they have an issue. Their reason is that the roaming charges they incur when he accesses a tower through roaming is too expensive for them to pay so that’s why they’re going to cancel his phone line. They suggested he use his phone on WiFi. He doesn’t have access to cable installation where he lives. He lives in a rural area in the low country of South Carolina. I explained that he needs to have a phone. Their solution is for him to find another carrier or get a prepaid phone plan, and they offered to help him find another carrier.

Geruime tijd WiFi problemen, klacht wordt niet opgepakt en totaal geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen. Werken met onderaannemers die onbereikbaar zijn, absoluut geen zaken mee doen!
