We've had their T-Mobile 5G home internet service for a little under three months now, and if there was any other option, we'd drop it in a second. The first month was acceptable. The service experienced few interruptions, and technical support was quick to answer, spoke clear English, and were very helpful. The second month was less acceptable. The service experienced more frequent interruptions and slow-downs and tech support was barely there. The third month has been pure disappointment. Now, each computer connected to the service can only use internet service for one app at a time. The instant you try to use more than one app (say, using a web browser while downloading something through Steam), your bandwidth drops to nothing and Windows reports the connection as "No Internet, Secured." The only way to fix the problem is to disconnect that computer from the device and reconnect. If it's a big download, you must do this constantly. It's turned 20 minute downloads into 2 day downloads - almost like being back on dial-up. Sadly, our only option at this point would be to go back to Spectrum, and pay an arm and a leg each month.

No one expects great service from cell carriers anymore, but T-Mobile is so terrible that it actually hurts. Monetarily and emotionally. I was late to pay a bill, and was shocked to see what the late fee was. It would be the equivalent of a 100% APR on a loan. That, in addition to all of their other creeping fees convinced me to finally close my account. But they didn't just let me close my account. They gave me the runaround. After I closed my account they refused to give me a pin to transfer my number to another carrier. So they made me pay $20 to reopen my account in order to get the pin so I could transfer my number. But even then they wouldn't give me the pin. They told me I had to go into a store in order to get a new pin since I didn't remember my account pin to an account that I had tried to close. So I went to a store location and spent two hours waiting around only to be told that it was impossible to get a pin. So I spent hours on the phone and online the next 48 hours trying to get a pin so I could transfer my account. Then when I finally got help, I asked for a final, itemized bill so I could pay off any outstanding amount so I could be done with them forever. They said they would mail it out. Over the next two months they kept sending me a bill that was initially 25% greater than my actual bill, plus additional fees each month, but without any explanation how they came up with that number. Each time I got on the phone asking for a simple breakdown of the bill. Each time they told me they couldn't help me because I did not know the login pin to an account I had closed. Each time they said the only option for me was to go to a store location, and there was no other way to escalate the case to someone who was competent enough to simply send out an itemized bill. Long story short, after months of frustration and hours on the phone, I decided to pay off the amount because it is not worth my time to try to get them to stop fleecing me even after I closed my account. But I will tell every human being I know that they deserve any pain they experience if they choose to ignore my advice to never sign a contract with T-Mobile. I rather use carrier pigeons than use T-Mobile.

Horrific company! False claims that signal will be good in your home for their home internet. You will waste a TON of time waiting for equipment and setting up. If you don't have a PERFECT signal in your home, do not try their home internet. In addition, apparently this giant corporation thinks they are totally justified to use autopay information to charge you AFTER account is cancelled! Fraudulent charges to my account AND only a partial refund so far!

T-Mobile had a tower go out in July and kept stringing me along with excessive trouble shooting while knowing the tower was out. Told today that the tower needed to be replaced and it was not going to be replaced and suggested I find another ISP. Most unreliable and dishonest tech support ever received by a ISP. In my opinion support keeps lying to you to get as much profit as they can while repeating false statements.

Tmobile is the WORST client experience that I believe I have had. I ordered 2 cell phones on 8/24/23. I spoke with a salesperson with a very thick accent that caused the sales call to be 3 hours. Due to the nature of my business I emphasized the necessity of receiving my phone the next day. I agreed to $14.99 for overnight and the representative said,"I guarantee it ma'am" The phones were delivered 4 days later, and about 8 calls to TMobile in between. HORRIBLE!!

These new free phones promotions are a joke!! Only certain free phones go on certain plans!!! On their website they don't say what plans go with what phones, only after go you into store an store do they tell you. To get that phone, you have change your plan. With the plan you have now you get these phones only. Totally dishonest. They should have on their website what plan go with each so call free phone. When they 1st did this 2 yrs ago,it didn't matter what plan you had. You got whatever had with giveaway from Samsung,to One plus One,to TCL. They were all mid range phones,to lower tier phones. But it didn't matter what plan you had. Now it completely different, completely dishonest because it doesn't state on their website what so call free phone go with what plan. You only know after you go to the store,or call them up. They are no longer uncarrier, they just like AT&T, Verizon. Also they ripoff my sister $1500. They were double charge her for service. She had stop autopay with them. They had her record of payments, they made her go thru her bank to get the records of payments, then only gave her $700 in credits toward her bill!! Yes some uncarrier they are!! Ripoff carrier more like it.
