They suspended my phone lines without notice due to a failed payment, charged $60 in restore fees. I chatted with them to explain the situation. They were understanding and confirmed that they would waive the $60 fee. It was never waived, so I chatted with them again. This time they're "ARGUING" with me, saying this is a valid charge and the best they can do is 50%. I've been with them for 7 years, and for me, their rating just dropped from 2 to 1. Horrible service. Stay away!

Beware of T-Mobile's Deceptive Practices
I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with T-Mobile in the hope that others can avoid the same frustrations and deceptive practices that I have encountered. Let me start by saying, please DO NOT make the mistake of leaving your current career solely based on cost savings offered by T-Mobile.
A few years ago, a persuasive sales representative from T-Mobile enticed me with what seemed like a fantastic deal for four lines, including devices, my child's smartwatch, and even our home internet. Little did I know that this enticing offer would lead to a series of unwelcome surprises and frustrations.
Last year, out of nowhere, my bill suddenly skyrocketed. When I contacted the sales rep, he informed me that the price increase was due to the fact that I had been receiving a military discount, which now required proof of eligibility. I was taken aback, as I had no knowledge of this discount and certainly did not meet any of the criteria for eligibility. It became apparent that the initial sales rep had used this discount as a ploy to lure me away from my previous career, where I had better service, under the false pretense of cost savings.
To my dismay, the sales rep apologized and informed me that in order to maintain the same price, he had no choice but to continue utilizing the same deceptive discount. I made it clear that this was not my problem and that all I wanted was to be charged the same price that was initially offered to me. I emphasized that I simply did not want to deal with this issue again.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I discovered that my upcoming bill had increased by approximately $50, and they had removed my autopay discount, along with a few other questionable changes. Upon calling customer service, I was met with a lack of assistance and support. The representative offered nothing more than a half-hearted apology for the inconvenience.
As someone who has been paying around $3,000 per year to T-Mobile, I now realize that I have been deceived by their practices. Their service, which was initially appealing due to its competitive pricing, has proven to be riddled with issues. T-Mobile's privileged position in the market has often relied on their attractive pricing, but now I am urging everyone to avoid falling into the same trap that I unfortunately fell into. I have decided to terminate my relationship with T-Mobile as soon as possible.
In conclusion, I cannot express enough how deeply disappointed I am in T-Mobile. Their deceptive practices, lack of customer support, and continuous price increases have left me disillusioned. Please think twice before choosing T-Mobile as your service provider.

Ongewenste post

We tried their home internet with a 2…
We tried their home internet with a 2 week free trial. If we cancel because we were unsatisfied, they would refund the money paid to have the equip needed for there. We cancel it in 10 days, because after the 100 GB’s were used up,it quit all together. It didn’t just slow down…it quit! We never got outer money back because the person we told we wanted to cancel didn’t document it. So we got bill for another month. We did get our money back for that, but not for the equipment which we sent back and it showed they did recieve it. But the said we didn’t cancel soon enough. I was so stressed out trying to get our money back that after 5 tries, I gave up. Never did get the refund for returning the equipment! Not happy at.

#StopAsianHate T-Mobile Roosevelt Field!
Where should I begin with this one…hmmm…let’s just say that we need to #StopAsianHate at have #LatinosUnidos at the T-Mobile Roosevelt Field in Garden City, LI New York. I have been a resident of this county for over 30 years and I must say the tide has changed in recent years with the influx of undesirables from all corners now making Long Island their home.
I simply stared in the window at a promotion that T-mobile has advertised on a billboard for 4 new lines of activation in the same account. From past experience, it seems like a good deal, but in reality it is a scam. I inquired with a sales person named Jaylen who approached me and asked me some questions about when I would need to have my lines activated. I also inquired if there was a place in the Mall where I could briefly charge my phone. He nicely replied that I could charge my phone in the store.
Please keep in mind that you should never ever use the stores iPhone adapter to charge your phone because you are not able to see the original device under the cabinet that it is connected to. I noticed that the cable for the iPhone charger was suspiciously short leading me to believe that it was connected to some sort of device with downloading capabilities. I then informed Jalen that I would just use the outlet in the wall along with my own portable charger and then I would be on my way. Within five minutes, like clock work as I expected as a trained mental health professional the next trick in the book comes out and Jalen passes the buck onto an imaginary manager that asked me to leave because they can’t have non-customers in the store! Keep in mind that I have worked with mentally I’ll patients for many years so I was not shocked and I let each of the three workers in the store know it. I simply inquired of Jalen if he knew where T-Mobiles corporate offices were. He looked confused and bewildered. I guess I am the only one with common sense to realize that if I’m buying four lines and 2 iPhone Pro Maxes at once, then that makes me more than a customer, it makes me your boss, superior, and owner of the store and everything else in between.
Let me be clear this concludes my inquires into T-Mobile which will be soon closing more offices and eventually go bankrupt within the mobile industry. I also explained to Jalen that although I payed of a iPhone series 7 phone 3 years ago and had it unlocked by T-Mobile, some unfortunate soul at their company saw fit to report a $1,400 collections account from them on my consumer report! T-Mobile and any company connected to them are thieves, and crooks looking to commit organized fraudulent activity by taking your social security numbers and/or tax ID numbers and feeding your information to the dark web for kickbacks.
As a finance professional must explain that you NEVER under any circumstances give anyone your complete social security or tax id number! They don’t even need this information to activate a cellular account and this will open you up to more fraud than you can even imagine exist.
There are plenty of pre-paid companies with great offers and the same it better service that just need a phone and a first months payment to get you started. Make sure not to use any that are related to T-Mobile since they had a recent merger.
Avoid T-Mobile like the soon bankrupt mobile device plague that it is.

Beware of T-Mobile when you are a Customer and Beyond
Was a customer for more than 20 (twenty) years, I was with them before they were T-Mobile (they were Voicestream), but I recently switched to Mint Mobile and they charged for months after I cancelled. And they charged me for a Device they lent me after I returned it. Not only that I was forced to pay because they sent me to a Debt Collection agency for a Device I returned to them. I spoke to representatives twice (2) before they sent me to a debt collection agency and they said they had received the device and everything was resolved but this was a lie.
I regret staying with them for so many years.
Sincerely, a very unhappy customer.

All I can say
All I can say, is that T-Mobile’s rebate virtual MasterCard offers are not legit. The sales reps lie like used car salesman’s to get you to switch over your services and then promise rebate cards that are available within 24 to 48 hours that you can pay your first few bills with or use it anywhere a MasterCard is excepted. When in reality they make you wait 6-8 weeks then after the if you ever received a text message with the virtual card information, you have to wait another seven days in order for it to be activated. I’m on week seven with my bill being current and still no text message with my virtual card information. Have been misled told five different stories. Been reading a lot of reviews of unhappy people not receiving their rebate cards I don’t know how companies get away with this type of stuff! Times must be a hard out on the streets for a player when you gotta lie to customers to get them to switch over!

A Path Of It's Own
Update 2025: Still Strong in Customer Service.
2023: T-Mobile Has Been The Path Maker for Extraordinary Customer Service.
No other company has reached this level.
T-Mobile has maintained this extraordinary level since the early 2000s.
With that said, there are just some staff at local stores who are basically incompetent and lazy.
As far as customer service on a corporate level, T-Mobile is the best.
