Tmobile does not provide service in my home and needed it twice for 911. When I advised the company they took no action. The second time I had to switch carrier as having service is important to have in times in need. I have asked them to make it right by taking back phones that do not work and are useless due to their platform not working.

My mother lost her CC where auto pay was coming out. I made a conference call with my elderly mother trying to get them to mail her paper statement to her Address on record so that we can set up payments through her bank. Because she did not have a six digit pin and does not know how to get to text messages to retrieve a pin, they would not mail her a bill. We did not ask for any personal identifiable information. When my mother goes into a store they often times sell her things she does not need and I feel its elder abuse. My mother is unable to go to the store to get assistance at this time, and unfortunately I am unable to travel to her at this time. This is a poor client experience.

I never leave bad reviews but this one i feel is necessary. We’ve had xfinity for years but we’re paying so much so we decided to switch and have our phones and internet altogether in one bill for cheaper. We signed up with T-Mobile for 2 months and 1 week then I cancelled because the internet was so slow! I was told that I would only pay for the days I used service in that last month not the whole months payment then I check my bank account a couple weeks later and they took the full amount so I called and the guy I spoke with said yes you are correct you shouldn’t have been charged that I have refunded whole payment . Well, 11 days go by and no refund so I call and they said that there’s no refund being processed they have no notes or knowledge of who I spoke too and that there’s nothing they can do basically. I have never seen such all over the place phone reps in my life! Literally unreal that they can just lie like that basically just told me what I wanted to hear and got away with it! They should’ve refunded just for that! Train your employees better.. I would NEVER recommend you guys.

unlawful charges on my account. I contacted T Mobile via chat to request credit for insurance charges on a phone that I not longer have and charges for an add on service requested on 10/23 for 30 days (Advertised as:Global Plus 15GB • 15GB International Pass: 15GB of high-speed data and unlimited calling, to be used up to 30 days, for $50.) as it is advertised, but they continue to charge up till today. On both claims the agent wrote that I was to request the cancellation of the charges, something that, in any case, was never disclosed at the time I requested the 30 day service, or I did change my cel phone unit and the insurance was not needed. T Mobile knows exactly the date and time in which a change my cel phone unit by the activation and replacement of the old unit, and that the new unit was insured via Apple. Due to lack of and electronic address and/or an address to forward a claim of this nature I decided to do it via Trust Pilot. My T Mobile account: 759386115.

no customer, few speak English. hang up on you. very ryde nobody know anything , other than verifing you 100 times. than tranafred, overv an hr today/ i'm heart patient need help with ac didn't care. no corperatew number. had issues for months. keep sayingb they are goung to update. i am tryong to get a credit on my billfor all this bs

Coverage in the Springfield MA has been going down hill for the last ten months. Tower congestion is very high. Call failures, poor audio quality, dropped calls, delayed texts. No signal bars at times. Nothing but excuses from T-Mobile's customer service and technical support. In the last two months the service has eroded even more. T-Mobile's claim of service coverage here is a outright lie. Give us the CPNI numbers so we can change our lines to a wireless carrier who can deliver reliable working service.

When tech support spends 40 minutes and can't answer problem then put you on hold for over 20 minutes they've wasted more time than I have. The phone is supposed to automatically update things and I lost something and within 1 hour they still couldn't fix it but I was able to restore everything from a year ago? Who needs tech support and who needs T-Mobile?
