The worst service I have ever had. No matter what carrier. Cricket was better then my service with tmoble. Dropped calles, no gaming in slot of areas and I live in the city. I can be seating under a tmoble tower and still have no sevice

I am very dissatisfied with the service from T-Mobile. I have been a customer for over 15 years, and l do not think it is fair that for any change l am charged $50 without prior notice. They simply apply the charg, and then l receive a higher bill than expected. It is not fair that a long-term loyal customer is treated this way. It is frustrating how this is handled, without transparency or clear notification.

Why is T-Mobile acting like at&t lately? They used to be the best cell phone company and now they're horrible. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Not only have they shut our BUSINESS ACCOUNT off multiple times even though we had a payment arrangement and without notice, but we have tried to add me as an authorized user at least 10 times and every time I call they say I'm not an authorized user and they won't let me do anything even though I'm literally the business owner. I was so happy when we were finally able to switch back to T-Mobile because the only reason we had at&t to begin with was the area we lived in wasn't covered that well by T-Mobile. At&t was a nightmare and then we bought a house where T-Mobile service was better and we were so excited but now T-Mobile is a total nightmare to deal with. My life is hell because of this company. If you have a better option you should avoid them at all cost!!! Why have you done this to us T-Mobile??? Don't you realize what era we're in? I'm going to make so much content about my bad experiences unless you fix it 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We have been T-Mobile customers for a decade. Phone support used to be accessible and responsive. Service in T-Mobile stores is exceptionally good. However, reaching T-Mobile customer service human beings is impossible. One of our phones was stolen during a serious assault. To help the police find the assaulting person, we needed to find the phone's location. Tempted using T-Mobile life and the T-Mobile main website. Several attempts in both arenas resultant only in circular responses that took me back to the same place I started. Then I had to wait roll over a half hour and two calls to reach a human being. No luck. Finally returned to T-Mobile app, and suspended the phone line. Thanks a lot, now T-Mobile will profit when we buy the next phone, but it will be compatible for the next company we are going to move to as soon as possible. No excuse for using AI to smother customer service.

I called Customer Care because my bill was up by almost $50 and it said a line was added, when one was not. Recording said there was a 6 minute wait. I was on hold for 42.50 minutes and heard their stupid speel about 'Have you downloaded the T-Life App' more than 50 times. Once I was transferred to a person, she said hello my name is...how can I help you and I was disconnected. I'm sad to say T-Mobile has gone significantly downhill due to questionable billing practices and an absolute lack of customer service!!

After landing on a flight from Chicago to Boston, I took my phone out of the seat pocket and found that a 1000 word green text message had been sent by me as a response to a text received just one minute earlier. My efforts to have t-Mobile diagnose and resolve this clear network malfunction were a joke. Their effort to examine my situation was non-existent. Essentially, they blamed me. I will soon be changing carriers.

T-Mobile sure isn't the company it used to be. More than 22 years with them and I think ill move on to a company that is honest.

T-Mobile is the worst choice for your business is slow. Their customer service and tech people will not repair it and make it better. They’ll keep charging even though you don’t have service that works… There’s no direct contact number you will always be rerouted through regular T-Mobile service They do not work with you. Their customer service is horrible and for their business mobile Internet it’s twice the price of Verizon.
