So, I had to speak to T-Mobile almost every day this week due to several changes to my account. Even though I received many contradicting statements there was one employee that I felt went over and above to get things resolved for me. Tee, I appreciate your professionalism, empathy and dedication. I am grateful for your follow up call to make sure everything was working and to make sure I was enrolled in as many benefits as I wished. Tee, your dedication was outstanding! Thank you!

Customer service is okay. No upgrades for long time users. New users are good to go

Carrier for our cell phone was changed from US Cellular to T-Mobile (not by us - it was a merger on their part). The 2FA authentication on several accounts stopped working. Because of this we could't access our accounts. With CitiBank, a display on the screen listed a number to call. Two different, and belligerent guys would not give us the code to access our account. In fact, the first guy hung up on us and talking to the second guy was like talking to a brick wall. He refused to listen to us. The third rep we talked to was American and resolved the issue. The first two guys were rude and wouldn't listen to us. We didn't choose to swit

T-mobile and Capital one Credit card. T-mobile and Capital have an offer of a credit card when you buy a new phone. I found it impossible to make payments on the card . They would not accept any payments from other banks.May 15 , 2026

I have been a customer going on 5 years now. The new mission statement for tmobile is LIE to customers! Promise call backs and never receive your call back as promised. Calls by supervisors are dropped and no call backs. Put you on hold and calls are dropped? Once the call is dropped, you get to start all over... they do not create proper documentation on your account and you're just out of luck!!! This company has done a disastrous 180 turn from when I first joined the family of tmobile, this company is absolutely ROTTEN!!!!! When they make a mistake, they apologize, they do nothing to come up with a solution, JUST LIE!!!!! They are not accountable for anything!! I found out if they sell you a phone, you're not eligible, they make the deal and you get the product, weeks later they will actually send you the bill!!!! If you want to deal with DISHONEST PEOPLE, LIARS, UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS TACTICS AND JUST WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME, CHOOSE TMOBILE!!!!!

I do not recommend T-Mobile to nobody I don't care how well they represent their plans they are the worst internet providers in the world they cannot help you on anything at all even if you ask for an extension like if you have Verizon or Cox see cable companies work with you they give you extensions on top of extensions and payment arrangements on top of payment arrangements which is very very convenient for the low income person T-Mobile does not work that way I repeat does not work that way they throw on ads on TV telling you $35 a month but when you call the $35 a month deal is nowhere to be found and then you stuck having a $200 internet bill just because you can take your Wi-Fi anywhere do not recommend people for nobody

Absolutely horrible do not waste your money for this service. Every single month since I’ve signed up, it’s been lies and time wasted on phone calls originally I was foolish enough to think that 100 GB would be fine for just streaming videos following month. I called because it was not enough. They now suddenly no longer had a limited available in the area. Told me to check back next month called the following month same thing not available. Check back next month following month I said OK either you have it available or I’m leaving you as they start telling me no we can help you out. We’re gonna give you an extra hundred gigabytes and we’re going to not charge you for this month. Great wonderful appreciate it. That’s what same issue call say OK look either. You guys have it or I’m leaving your service. They said no no we have a limited available before you know. Wonderful thank you I appreciate it. Proceed the next lot. Find the new billing cycle back to the same thing that’s not working yet called speaks customer service. She tells me they have no record of that conversation two hours on the phone no record of it at all three hours conversation with this particular representative. OK we’re gonna resolve your issue. We reset your modem you’re good to go. You have a limited just be aware of that at a certain point you may experience slower speed to normal, but I’ll deal with that. Following but not even at 100 GB and my internets not working so I called customer service what’s up? What’s going on? Supposedly they experiencing some kind of issue with the local towers. OK. But he tells me I don’t have Unlimted service even though it says it on the app even though I’ve been told two consecutive modes in a row that I do have Unlimted. I don’t have Unlimted in my account and he has no record of any other conversations that I’ve had for the last two months. It’s ridiculous. Just don’t get the service.

Worst service. They will upcharge and play stupid. They will rob you any chance They get. I recommend staying far away from them
