If I could give a 0 star I would. Recently T mobile took over my beautiful US Cellular and my connection has never been worse. I cannot watch my television without it pausing every few minutes for at least 3 minutes at a time. My social media pages on my phone don’t load videos. And Snapchat doesn’t send or receive snaps. This is the worst connection I’ve ever seen from a provider that is so “hyped” up.

I would give you no stars. I just read a review where the very thing I was on the phone tonight happened. Poor customer service, unresolved issues, paying for something I do not have. Why in the world would sprint have ever sold out to this company is beyond me. They were always better at everything.Including the service that we get from the towers. This is A blatant disrespect of any consumer that has to pay a bill to a big corporate company. You do not care what comes out of our pocket.As long as your pockets are lined. I paid for a phone to get it. You took the money out immediately.When you received it back, you said.Oh, it'll take 7 to 10 days for me to return your money, why is that?You didn't wait 7 to 10 days to take it. Horribly horribly disgruntled consumer.

T-Mobile Charged Me for Equipment I Returned I returned T-Mobile equipment to their store on MLK Boulevard in Fayetteville, Arkansas, back in May. The equipment was handed directly to their store, yet T-Mobile still charged my bank account approximately $239 for it. Then today, they charged my account another $238. This is unacceptable. I returned the equipment to a T-Mobile location, and now I am being forced to deal with hundreds of dollars being taken from my bank account for equipment I no longer have. Customers should not have to fight a major company to prove that equipment was returned to one of its own stores. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial hardship. My advice is to keep every receipt, take pictures, get the employee’s name, and document everything when returning equipment to T-Mobile. Do not assume their store and billing department will communicate properly. I am extremely disappointed with how T-Mobile has handled this, and I would not recommend trusting them with automatic access to your bank account.

I have had the worst experience switching my service phone line from metro to t-mobile. I really wish I never had done it. I DO NOT recommend switching or starting a service line with T-Mobile. They have the worst customer service call center AND retail store representatives that i have ever dealt with...From providing false information to hidden fees on your phone bill, when you are offered a promotional deal!! I also declined the insurance coverage on startup, and they still added it on my first bill.

I am giving a one star not because is not a way to give a “0”. Customer service here is been the worst, over the phone and in store nobody know what they are actually doing. They sold me a phone and after I payed for it, they told me they were not going to grant the promotion I was offered at the beginning, the guy told me it was nothing he could do for me at that point because the store was closed already and now I needed to contacted customer service over the phone to fix my transaction then he literally kicked me and my wife out of the store. I contacted customer service over the phone and ever since then, Is been two weeks talking with different representatives and nobody is been able to help me out. They promised me to escalate the situation to their supervisors, actually one of the times a “supervisor” talked to me to assured that they were going to call me back, and they never did, same thing happened several times over this two weeks. This whole situation is been a nightmare!!! T-Mobile is not a serious company and they don’t even take care, or respect their loyal customers, in fact after this situation I am switching to an other carrier because this place is a complete fraud!. If you want to avoid headaches and bad times stay away from this company, they just waste your time and steel your money, !!!!! SHAME ON YOU T-Mobile!!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend leaving t mobile,immediately. They are not loyal, and they do not care about your loyalty. I had been with T-Mobile before that it was Sprint since late 1990's. I so wish Sprint was back. After all those years, I am forced to leave this company. It looks like i'm gonna take Verizon my bill and have them beat it. t-mobile thinks they are too big to fail. All t mobile customers that read this.If enough of us leave, maybe it will make a difference. Let's do it since there's no loyalty with them!!!!!

The worst 1st I had a guarantee price lifetime and they increased and said oh well you have no choice then when I switched to AT&T on July 3rd they made me pay through the 31st of the month even though I had no service with them it was cancelled which is stealing money for service not received. I think if this is there policy we should start a class action lawyer against them this cannot be legal I would like some feedback I feel robed I had to pay the $100 for two days or it would of been a mark on my credit and I switched because instead of my lifetime price guaranteed $100 was going to 150 and at att it 80 no brainer

Wow I was going to write a review but after seeing 1.3 stars I don't think I need to. Not happy with the sales online with misinformation or leaving things out, and the fact that their routers are not compatible with some apps and you may have to buy another app to make them work.
