T-MobileReviews of tmobile.com

Tmobile service is the worst, been trying to reach someone for over a week because they put fraudulent charges on my phone. Can not wait to drop this garbage of a company It forced a star they deserve negative and hope the company goes out of business

Consistently they try as hard as possible to speak to a human. Every time I call with an issue or even just an ordinary question, their bot demands you tell them the reason why you want to speak to someone. Once you do, they will continue to attempt to steer you away. And when you finally get them to agree to transfer you to an agent, the wait times are ridiculously long. The monthly billing charges never come out to be what they said at the time you opened your account. It's always higher. And there's always a BS excuse why.

T-Mobile is either the most fraudulent or incompetent company in America. Do not trust anything their online reps tell you and be prepared for the store agents to drastically screw up your order. Then be prepared for long hold times, no matter what time of day, and talking to multiple agents. They will each blame you for something and then will transfer you to a manager to only drop your call with no call back. This happened to me 2 consecutive days and no I wasn't being belligerent to them. Just stay away from them!!!!

I had a OnePlus 8T that broke I've had it for 6 years I've always carried insurance so I just now used it and they're sending me a Samsung Galaxy s22 plus which is lesser than in value then if I were to buy my 6-year-old phone new and it is a worse phone. Do not do the insurance it's a scam I ended up buying my old phone off of eBay new do not do not do not go to T-Mobile

They welcomed me with open arms 3 or 4 years ago. I moved to a new carrier on June 24th. I used AI to find out if they bill-in advance which they do. I stopped the $90 payment on my credit card as I figured it was for July. Within 2 weeks they had a credit company after me. I paid every bill on time for 4 years. Two weeks after leaving they have a collection agency calling me and then texting. T Mobil never sent me a final bill that I could review and they locked me out of the App so I could not see if there was one. I called t Mobil to find out what was up and what a joke that was. The women told me I owed the $90 because it was a bill from June 15 to July 14. I used 9 days. They also added a $25 charge for me stopping the 90 payment. Long story short I would never use this company again. I ended up paying $27 as it was the 90 - 63 credit and I got them to remove the 25. Too much work to end up at the correct amount.

I would give ZERO stars if only I could! T-Mobile ate US Cellular and proceeded to reformat our phones, specifically home screens, giving us NO options for returning to what we had spent hours setting up for ourselves. ALL OF IT overwritten, and not just once but over days so every personalization was erased repeatedly and not even sequentially! I am now waiting on hold to talk with a rep -- apparently I'm not the only furious customer! WHAT customer service? Tyrants is more like it. Update: after finally getting through to T-Mobile, after 30 minutes, then being transferred, I was told it's not T-Mobile's fault, that phone updates are the issue. I got no notification of a Samsung update today, so it still sounds like passing the buck. But I did get a few things back on my home screen, things that weren't there hours before. One star, still.

Zero stars for Teed-off Mobile! It doesn't matter what new advertising scheme the marketing ferrets in the magenta tower come up with, who the new multi-million dollar T-Mobile celebrity spokesperson is or what mediocre perks are offered to entice customers. T-Mobile can't save its soiled reputation with its short-term or long-term customers. The only thing T-Mobile can do is ensnare unsuspecting new victims into entering into service agreements. For starters, expect long hold times to reach ineffectual, undependable customer service, technical support and billing department employees, inept supervisors and apathetic executive relations representatives. I have spent 15 months attempting to solve on ongoing login issue with my account. I have also suffered intermittent technical issues with my SyncUp Tracker second generation devices since the devices were released. The T-Life application is bloated and plagued with functionality issues. I recommend filing complaints with the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. Most likely, the T-Mobile executive response specialist assigned to address the complaint will not give a damn about your concern and do nothing to resolve it. T-Mobile's executive response department is only concerned with damage control and closing your case as fast as possible, so the executive response representative can move on to the hundreds of other cases filed with the FCC and FTC. Don't Let T-Mobile get away with ripping you off. Stand up for your rights as a consumer by filing complaints. Be sure to document every interaction with a T-Mobile employee.

The worst, most deplorable service and customer service experience. I've spent the last 6+ months trying to deal with fraud on the account and have spent hundreds of hours on the phone, repeating myself to every single customer service employee because they refuse to send any sort of documentation or have any accountability for the promises they make you. Cancelled four months ago and still receiving bills but for a cancelled account so there's not way to log onto the account. Absolutely horrendous, whoever leads this company should be ashamed.
