We needed 4 brand new iPhones and we Went to T-MOBILE the only place that had Them was Nacy’s queens mall we were Greeted by employee by the name Jordy It was our lucky day he was remarkable Professional knows well all the iPhones Gave valuable information from start to finish he was helpful and patient and didn’t left after completion to our satisfaction we will definitely recommend Him to all our friends T-Mobile there is Lucky to employ him 👍 Miriam Rosin

Wifi went out 2 days ago due to the cord failing. They send another box this morning with the cord missing. I call and the woman argues with me that it's not a T mobile issue because the cord wasn't damaged when it first arrived. We were given a router with a cord that ended up failing and breaking with no strenuous or abnormal use. This is now going to be a week without wifi due to T mobile being the ones too incompetent to just put a cord in the box they sent me this morning in the first place. This company doesn't want to fix its consumers problems, they just want to argue and make the process as grueling as possible. Worst customer service, also only willing to credit me $10 for a whole week without wifi and the lady told me I'm lucky to even get that. Please take your service anywhere but T mobile.

I cancelled service on June 7th. My billing cycle ran from May 20th through June 20th. Not only did they charge me for the full month despite cancelling service in the middle, they never contacted me regarding payment and sent me to collections! I called and they said they wouldn't prorate my bill. I will NEVER use this company again. Bridge incinerated!

Worst internet I’ve EVER experienced I’ve been through a lot of internets over a good time period and this one takes the cake for THEE worst connection possible

If I could give negative stars to a company I would. They are absolutely hoard in their customer service. Their service reception socks, and doesn’t work anywhere where you need it to work. Their care team people are too busy having sex with each other to be do their job properly. I wish I could read it negative stars because it would be getting -10,000000000

I would leave a zero if I could. Even though T-Mobile couldn't provide the service they promised me, they are charging me for a full month of service. I used the service for 5 days. I did nothing wrong... BUYER BEWARE..

We cancelled our service with Tmobile. We had to go into the store to verify out identities and spent 3 hours on the phone to cancel the lines. The gentleman working there refused to cancel them or even call the RSL line. Finally we got them canceled by talking to RSL ourselves. That was June 14. As of August 1st, we were charged once again by Tmobile. They did not actually cancel our watches only our lines. After calling customer service, they said they could do nothing to help us and would receive a call back in 24 hours from another department. That call never came. They are still taking money out of my account. BBB will be contacted. Do not get Tmobile.

I have been a custoner for years. I added a line to my account & was told I would not be charged the fee for this. However I was. Plus, my plan was changed. I was told that the CEO & others decided this. Of course this was done just to generate more income. I'm frustrated with T-Mobiles customer service & them constantly changing plans. I'm seriously looking into changing to another provider. There has to be a provider that offers better service & doesn't constantly change their customers plans.
