They took me out of my old plan and migrated me into a newer plan without notifying me calling me, most importantly - without my written or verbal consent. That’s a breach of our contracts! Everyone should start a class action lawsuit against the piggish executive driven company. And they can only imagine what the executives do most likely nothing all you gotta worry about promotions pricing oh and you still pay the same rates for pinging off cell towers, big deal and then you overcharging the consumer so you can live with lavish lifestyles, good job buddies that’s why I’m going to Verizon on Tuesday after I fix the shenanigans with this terrible company.

I went to the Loveland store to update my phone and my wife’s phone. Jeff, the customer representative could not have been more helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient with my ignorance about internet and cell phones.. I was totally satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend Jeff to anybody needing quality help.

Went to a T-Mobile store to just get new phones for my self and spouse. Did not want anything else. Already a customer for over 8 years. With several lines. Have gotten just the phones on a payment plan in the past. The sales person said couldn't just get the phones I had to add new lines. He said it would be way cheaper. I told him didn't want new lines. Then he had to talk to his manager. Comes back says they aren't going to add new line and wont change my plan. We can get the phones. Then he says because we got the phones we can get 4 free tablets just have to pay taxes and connection fee. It will be only $80 more a month on the bill. We fell for it. I had to pay over $300 out the door that day. Then I got the first bill after that. my plan was changed plus 6 new lines were add. Almost tripling my bill. So, I have been fighting this and dealing with them for the last 2 months. Do not believe anything they say. You can not trust them.

Chatting with customer service is useless as they are not able to help you. They are offering free mobile number but without knowing there is a hidden charges which is more the amount of a regular phone bill. These charges of another line we never received the other phone is a huge waste of our hard earned money. You take money from our account without authorization or code, but won't refund the money? Is this your costumer service? You wonder why we canceled our mobile contact with you, over charges and poor customer service. Im dissatisfied with you and will tell everyone not to use you on all our social media accounts, until we receive all refunds. NOT WORTH ANY STARS, BAD COVERAGE

I had the week from hell after trying to migrate a two-line phone plan from Verizon to TMobile. My phones needed new sim cards and I was promised three times in a week that one would be delivered by overnight services, and not one was. I ended up having to drive to the nearest store, 66 miles each way, (Ft. Dodge, IA 5th Ave. S. store) and was treated very rudely there (especially by Evelyn). I had been a Verizon customer for 23 years but was looking to save money as I am now retired and on a fixed income. TMobile's price was better, but I would never had switched if I would have known how poor the service would be.

T Mobile might actually be the bane of my existence. All i would like to do is be able to play video games with my friends after school and on weekends, but instead i am forced to have the worst time of my life teleporting around the map. To shorten things up, i would rather be captured by the mexican cartel and have my Skin fed to me then exist another second with this internet

T-mobile hands-down has been the most crookedest rudest worst customer service company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Day one I open an account with them a business account it somehow didn’t turn to Business. I let it go.. however, when I get the iPhone, it wasn’t working properly and I noticed it was getting hot. The phone ended up literally burning me burning me burnt me.. the phone just freezes turned off. I get a text message. I can’t check. I have to go on my watch or a different iPhone and then sometimes I still can’t even sing the phone. It does not work. They knew this within 48 hours they did nothing to rectify the situation. I got Service with them in June. It is now August I had 23 months to pay off that broken iPhone, they sold me even though the phone was broken. The service is absolutely deplorable. I still paid the iPhone off already with my cell phone and my Internet service since June T-mobile has gotten at least $1500 for me. I sat on the phone tonight from 7:45 to 1130 finally hung up never got a representative one time last week I called and I spoke to a supervisor called for a different cell phone because my phone is not operable. They told me to call Apple or whatever Apple told me they would give me another iPhone since it was under warranty, however I had to give them $900 and within two weeks after they received the broken phone they would give it back to me a refund. T-mobile told me that’s the policy and they’re not doing anything to accommodate me. . Moving forward I also got home Internet service with them. I did not have the Internet service for the first week and a half. I have not had Internet service in over 48 hours. I have not been able to work. My files are not safe. I am a developer and mental health education. I have stressed the importance of security due to HIPAA to T-mobile. They have given me they’re behind to kiss they have not done anything to rectify compensate. The only thing T-mobile has done since June has been in breach of contract and tell me regardless I still have service and they’ve gotten $2000 for me and I’ve gotten nothing but a headache high blood pressure. I am about to fill out this consumer complaint form. I am going to the Attorney General‘s office in the morning and I am going to seek what the county at Mecklenburg County courthouse can accommodate me with in the morning because this is some BS. This is the worst service customer service anything I’ve ever dealt with across-the-board they are zeros I hate them and I don’t suggest anyone ever get them they are trash absolutely worse for anything. oh, and one last thing this iPhone that I paid off T-mobile refuses to unlock that the kicker and that is where this is a definitely a legal issue.

I had to wait about half an hour on two separate occasions—once via chat and once by phone—to dispute an unfair billing charge resulting from a no-show on the first appointment. An agent assured me that the charge would be removed and that I would be notified, but that never happened. Today, I reached out again via chat. After waiting 22 minutes, an agent finally joined the chat, and suddenly the T-Life app began buffering. The agent was able to type, but I was unable to respond. Keep in mind that the app worked perfectly fine before the agent joined and again after they left. Now, an hour later, I am still waiting for customer service to call me back, and the issue remains unresolved after almost a month.
