This is an excellent buy! Good quality plunge for the price. I had a small issue with my equipment upon delivery and Titans excellent customer service was quick to respond and replace. I will definitely be back in the future!

Awesome quality products! Xl plunge and chiller hook up to fill time was 20 minutes. Customer service was great when I forgot something they jumped on it and made sure I got what I needed. First plunge was a lot more stressful than any buying experience for both me and my teenage son! I highly recommend this company. I highly recommend a cold plunge!!!!!!!!🥶

After placing my order on-line I got a followup call to clarify some details and confirm the order was shipping same day. This chiller/tub combo is a HUGE improvement over my previous ice bath setup and of all the offers seems the best value in this price range. The initial setup was easy and I had a couple questions which got an immediate answer via e-mail. It is really nice to get excellent customer support.
