Honestly, f these guys. They charged me over $100 to restock a returned LED light package that was never opened. That's how you lose customers forever.

Hi Matt, Sorry to see this, and I understand restocking fees are frustrating. These fees are standard across our industry and are disclosed up front, at checkout, in our posted return policy, and again in the return confirmation email, so no one's caught off guard. They cover the costs of a return, including the free outbound shipping we cover on the original order and the inspection every returned unit goes through before it can be resold, even when it comes back unopened. That said, we do work with our customers on these. In your case, we accommodated you and issued a full refund to your original payment method.
