Hi Ben, We’re sorry to hear the process felt frustrating and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. One point we want to clarify is the suggestion that we don’t support customers after a sale. If that were the case, we would simply direct you to file your warranty requests straight to the manufacturer. Instead, we stayed actively involved with you from start to finish while coordinating with the manufacturer, gathering the information they require, and even offering replacement parts at our cost to minimize downtime. That’s not standard in the industry, but we do it because we want to help. The warranty process is ultimately controlled by the manufacturer, which is why we had to collect photos and details before they would process a claim. While this sometimes feels slow and redundant, the purpose is to properly troubleshoot, isolate issues and prevent future issues. In your case, we have arranged for a replacement Air Tunnel regardless of the manufacturer’s final decision, since coverage on that part was unclear at first and it is not excluded under the warranty. I see the process wasn’t as smooth as it should have been, and we can certainly improve our communication up front to better explain each step. Hey Jon, We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your sauna getting too hot (the top temperature cutout not working, as you mentioned). I see that our team has been working closely with you in this case. We think the bottom line reason your sauna temperature keeps rising, especially during the summer, even after the heater reaches your set temperature: Your sauna heater has a large rock capacity -> heating elements heat the rocks, which then, in turn, radiate the heat to the sauna. This means that even though the heater turns off when your desired temperature is reached, the rocks can continue to release heat into the sauna. Moreover, especially during warmer summer days, the sun shining through your large front windows doesn't cool the sauna down. We would recommend just setting the top temperature a lot lower than your desired temperature. We do think that this way you should be able to find the sweetspot, that produces just the amount of heat you desire from your sauna sessions.
