The Sauna HeaterReviews of thesaunaheater.com

Ecellent customer service. I also watch all of the videos on how to do things correctly and I love them. They're very informative and helpful.

GREAT customer service from start to finish. 10/10

Communication was great. Great follow up. Great transaction all the way through to the delivery. Product was good, but had a couple of dings. Not a big deal unit still works as it should. Thank you.

Very happy with the stove and accessories. Very helpful and prompt staff. Happy with the negotiations!

The team at The Sauna Heater were unbelieveable. I geniunely didnt think customer service like this was possible anymore. Jon and the team actually answered the phone, answered all my questions, and helped me make a few key decisions for my sauna. They followed up promptly, were incredibly professional, and have earned my business and recommendation unequivocally. Their content on YouTube has also been extremely helpful in planning my sauna installation (and was the primary reason I ended up ordering from them. Thanks team!

Everything from start to finish was great. We bought our Harvia Spirit 8kw with the Xenio CX45 control unit and we could not be happier. It works perfect and even runs the lights and fans. The Sauna Heater people were there when I called several times asking questions and they were always courteous and helpful throughout the process. We ordered and received the equipment several months before we were able to finish the sauna build but now enjoy the sauna almost every day. The Sauna Heater's "how to" videos helped a lot in our build. Wish I could upload a photo of our beautiful sauna with this great heater.
