Two things stand out about The Sauna Heater. One, the communication and help I received through the chats was like nothing I have experienced before…well done! Two, the VERY informational YouTube videos were extremely helpful during my design phase. This company is top notch, and you can be assured I will pass them onto anyone who asked how I learned how to build a Finnish sauna!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them over the last week. I can't think of another company that has been so responsive and knowledgeable. I have talked to 4 different people this past week and each one really knew their stuff. Fantastic folks to deal with....keep up the good work.

I ordered a heater online. I was unsure as to exactly what I needed but with the online help I was able to make a decision that I thought was correct. It was what I needed but I needed to order some additional parts to make it work that I was unaware of. Anton, a man that works for Sauna heater took the time to reach out and verify that I already had the additional parts that were needed to go with the parts I had ordered, I had not. It would have more than doubled the overall cost to get the additional parts I needed. Anton helped me pick out another unit that would get the job done, but also not require extra parts. Most companies would have simply shipped the parts, and moved on with life... not their problem. Anton did a great job of helping have a successful order process.

The heater and controls that I ordered were out of stock. That was communicated. They also stated a date. A week and a half after that date I had to reach out to follow md out what was happening with my order.There was no communication about alternatives. They also charged my card at this me of order. You should not charge me until my order is ready to ship
