The RTA StoreReviews of thertastore.com

Michelle Santana has been a joy to work with at THE RTA STORE. FRIENDS gave rave reviews for this business and so far I have been happy with the progress I have made on my order.

Slow to supply missing parts. Had several proposals, the one I purchased was missing a few items that was originally ordered. I thought! Gave me a rev shelf that didn't fit the cabinet that they sold me. I had to prove that it wouldn't fit and had to package it in a certain way, which I had to purchase. Still waiting on refund. Delivery people were in a big hurry to leave and didn't give me time to check items

Horrible company. Horrible management. Horrible policies.

The first order I placed had mini defective and damaged parts. The second order was better, but still had defective parts. The third replacement order was mostly acceptable, but there seems to be an issue with edges of panels and shelves being smooth. We decided to figure out something else also really dislike that they do not pick up defective or damaged items and we are left to figure out a way to dispose of those items. Not sustainable and not customer friendly. We worked with a designer, but she did not consider the height from the countertop to the top of the cabinets. We ended up not having room for any sort of trim at the top of the wall cabinets to cover variation in the ceiling. And the distance from the countertop to the top of the wall cabinets was not to code.

Michelle was fantastic to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the design, pricing, sample selection, and ordering process. We went through several revisions, and she remained patient, organized, and detail-oriented every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and she made what could have been a complicated cabinet order feel straightforward and manageable. While the cabinets have only recently been ordered, I have already received communication from the shipping department and everything appears to be moving smoothly. I anticipate the delivery and installation process going well and will gladly provide an update once the project is completed.

I bought assembled cabinets through RTA with design services support. My designer, Shawn was a great partner in helping me design my kitchen. He worked with me to meet my budget, was patient with design changes, offered meaningful suggestions and advice. The process was simple using email to ensure we had clear communications and jumped on the phone as needed. The delivery process was well-orchestrated and clearly communicated. The driver was well prepared and patient as we accounted for all our cabinets. I'm very pleased with the RTA cabinets, process, overall design, and customer service support. I'd highly recommend this company if you're looking for good quality cabinetry, excellent design support and easy ordering.

Our customer service rep, Ryan B., was very patient & assisted with putting together our design layout & changes. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about the products. Once the order was placed Brittany took over. She was also a pleasure to work with. The cabinets are wood & well made. The delivery was made very easy as well. Would highly recommend.

Design Support Specialist, Anna Sheehan, could not have been more helpful in assisting me with a couple of design tool directions and getting me signed up for working with a Designer within the next 24 hours to hopefully finalize our design.
