Beautiful cabinets once installed, until you take a close look. The delivery time was inaccurate, claimed there was a warehouse transfer and took twice as long as promised. The packaging in individual boxes was good, but the way the boxes were stacked on the pallet was a joke. Led to many parts being warped and damaged. Luckily most were hidden in between other cabinets. The installation instructions are if IKEA and Chinese instructions had a demon child, they are horribly undetailed and laughably inexcusable. Hard to get them to line up properly when panels are warped. Many cabinet doors and drawers are different sizes from each other (often 1/4-1/2" off from each other). Often times the sizing that is shows for cutout widths and heights is not actually representative. Perfect example was the cutout for the 10" farmhouse sinkbase, except it was 6.5" tall and only 30" wide instead of to allow a 36" wide as described. This was also the same with the oven wall cabinet where the drawer openings were too wide and the oven width was 6" narrower. This made for lots of necessary modifications in order to get it to work properly.

Cabinets were not the color that I wanted. Was mislead by the designer. My emails went unanswered by the company. Very unprofessional.

I have used this company for several years as a contractor and probably spent well over 100k. Drawings of cabinet layouts sucked. You totally changed design versions. The only view of the layout was aerial. No front facing elevations with any measurements you can actually read. Can't read any cabinet sizes when installing stacked upper cabinets, all measurements are a blur because they were overlapping eachother. Designer wouldn't actually add missing cabinets, trim or accessories to the cart, only make note of it missing on the horrible version of a layout. Had to pay additional delivery fees for missing items. Every ready to assemble cabinet box was short on corner clips for proper assembly. Not sure what change you decided to make but you should go back to your old ways.

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. The RTA Store may not manufacture these cabinets, but they are the company that markets, sells, and stands behind the product. They chose the warehouse and fulfillment partner, accepted my payment, and represented that they could successfully deliver my order. That makes them accountable for the overall customer experience. My kitchen remodel has been delayed for weeks because of repeated warehouse mistakes, backorders, missing parts, incorrect shipments, and damaged replacement pieces. Every time one issue was corrected, another surfaced. The final straw was receiving replacement trim pieces shipped in a tube with virtually no protective packaging, resulting in scratched parts that now have to be replaced yet again. I do want to recognize Cristina in Claims. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely tried to help throughout this process. Unfortunately, she was repeatedly put in the position of apologizing for failures that originated elsewhere in the company and its fulfillment process. A kitchen remodel is one of the largest investments many homeowners make. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing missing components, waiting on replacements, inspecting damaged shipments, and constantly following up just to receive the order they paid for. The cabinets themselves may be a quality product, but that doesn’t excuse the repeated failures in fulfillment, quality control, packaging, and vendor oversight. If The RTA Store chooses to represent and sell these products, they also need to ensure their suppliers and warehouse partners meet the standards their customers expect. I cannot recommend The RTA Store based on my experience. I hope they take ownership of these systemic issues and make meaningful improvements, because no customer should have to endure the delays, frustration, and inconvenience that my project has experienced.

When I first recieved my shipment, I had several boxes with damage and just poorly packed. I have several doors that are scratch and three are actually wrapped and cannot be aligned. I contacted customer support just to get replacement parts and they do not sell any individual items so buyer beware if something comes damages you will not be able to replace it I give this company a one "BUYER BEWARE NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS YOU GET EXACTLY WHATNYOU.PAY FOR" my next stop is social media because poeple needed to be aware.

I cannot recommend RTA Store based on my experience. Our kitchen project has been delayed by more than three weeks because of repeated warehouse and shipping errors. What should have been an exciting renovation has turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Even after multiple shipments and countless follow-ups, I still don’t have all of the parts needed to complete the installation. To make matters worse, the quality hasn’t consistently matched the price. The paint finish on one of the cabinet colors is noticeably lacking, and the adjustable shelf supports are plastic instead of metal, giving the cabinets a cheaper feel than expected. Mistakes can happen, but the repeated warehouse and shipping errors, incomplete shipments, and lack of urgency in resolving the issues have been unacceptable. When you’re spending thousands of dollars on a kitchen, you expect accurate order fulfillment, quality craftsmanship, and customer service that stands behind its product. Instead, we’ve experienced delay after delay, unnecessary stress, and a project that is still incomplete weeks later. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from RTA Store again and cannot recommend them to others.
