Excellent design support throughout the process of cabinet selection. It was an odd space and needed RTA's guidance to ensure the cabinet fit-up. I have purchased cabinets from RTA in the past and already knew the quality is excellent.

We remodeled our kitchen and chose cabinets from the RTA Store on our contractor’s recommendation. We love them! Our Sales Associate, Kathryn Haynes was very helpful-and patient-and knowledgeable. She guided us through the design process and was always responsive to my emails. Overall communication (delivery date, etc) was not the best-they communicated with our contractor and I felt that we should have been included in that. Also several of our cabinets were damaged in delivery and we are still waiting for replacement parts along with a few extras that our contractor ordered. Again, we should be included in this communication. Overall, the cabinets are beautiful and sales rep was great, but communication and follow up could be improved.

Beautiful cabinets once installed, until you take a close look. The delivery time was inaccurate, claimed there was a warehouse transfer and took twice as long as promised. The packaging in individual boxes was good, but the way the boxes were stacked on the pallet was a joke. Led to many parts being warped and damaged. Luckily most were hidden in between other cabinets. The installation instructions are if IKEA and Chinese instructions had a demon child, they are horribly undetailed and laughably inexcusable. Hard to get them to line up properly when panels are warped. Many cabinet doors and drawers are different sizes from each other (often 1/4-1/2" off from each other). Often times the sizing that is shows for cutout widths and heights is not actually representative. Perfect example was the cutout for the 10" farmhouse sinkbase, except it was 6.5" tall and only 30" wide instead of to allow a 36" wide as described. This was also the same with the oven wall cabinet where the drawer openings were too wide and the oven width was 6" narrower. This made for lots of necessary modifications in order to get it to work properly.
