Well, you're awesome in many ways! I love the material, the many options you have! If I could, I'll probably have all the samples ready to show my clients, but that's ok. Still, the delivery helps a lot, cause arrives in the perfect time. I didn't use the Customer service and probably would use to say "Thank you". Please... continue the amazing work! I dealt with the RTA store three different times while updating my kitchen. Not sure if you could find a better company to work with. The cabinets are top notch but affordable. Very pleasant experience.

Everyone at the company I interacted with was very helpful. They listed what they needed from me in order for a design consultant to help design my kitchen and then built a cart with everything I needed to get it done. My questions were answered in a timely manner and suggestions were given for things that I hadn't even thought of. When the order was delivered, everything was correct. The quality of the cabinets was great. The only thing that I found any issue with, and this may be more towards the manufacturers than RTA, were the included instructions. They were very confusing and not very helpful at all. That might be ok for contractors who have a broader knowledge of how cabinets go together and what screws should be used where, but not for someone who is doing the remodel without a contractor. Instructions that were included were very limited. My main issue was knowing what screws went where. It would have also been helpful to understand up front how the delivery actually works. Throughout this process, all other vendors I have used brought their products into the house, even the flooring company that delivered the wood, (we installed the floor ourselves but they brought all the wood inside). I was completely prepared for a curbside delivery of that size and trying to figure out how to get it into my house. I was very fortunate to have a skid steer onsite so I was able to have them fork lifted down my driveway but if that hadn't been the case it would have been a bit of a nightmare considering my home driveway is very steep. **** One important thing I forgot to mention! The price point was also amazing! The amount of money that I saved going through RTA should not be overlooked.

My experience was great. Dawn was really helpful. It was quick and easy. The cabinets are beautiful. My husband didn’t love the assembly process and it took longer than anticipated - but overall I’m really happy with them. The delivery was really easy as well.

I have used them a few times now. Great service, quick shipping and receiving, and k owned gable to the details! I will continue to use this distributor for all future projects. I do luxury remodels and the RTA Store has all cabinets and accessories to include spice racks, lazy susan inserts, and fulfill all of these luxurious additions

From design help, to ordering, to minor problem solving, thru my final installation...everything went smoothly..

The beginning of the experience with your company was with your wonderful sales person who helped us with everything we needed. The follow up on delivery and the product itself was all good. No issues certainly will have you from my next commercial project.
