It took much longer to get the cabinets than our sales person originally suggested. Also, we had to follow up multiple times to finally schedule the delivery. Not great communication between the RTA teams and delivery company . Had to scramble last minute to find a way to unload the cabinets. Very frustrating experience all around,

Products are poor quality and items are not inspected for damages before they leave the factory

My experience would be much better if the search function accepted the sku number of the products... or even the name for that matter. I have typed in both and the search function leads me on a wild goose chase. This is very frustrating.
Response from The RTA StoreSep 17, 2026

The agent had helped me design the layout and I had asked for everything in the design to be mailed, however there was a piece missing. I contacted a week and half ago but I was told that approval is needed for me to be able to purchase. I had infomred the agent that my contractors are working on the setup and I needed it ASAP. I called today and still they said that they had to get apporval. Now, my contractors will have to come back and I will have to pay extra. For me I had to follow up a lot and felt like I was working for RTA and not the other way round. I was not impressed with the Customer service.
