Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad to hear you love working with our designers — that means a lot to us! We understand the challenges that can come with freight deliveries, especially in situations like apartment access and stairways. Our shipments are typically curbside due to the size and weight of the products, but we do offer upgraded delivery options upon request. We always encourage customers to discuss any special delivery needs at the time of purchase so we can explore available solutions. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue improving both our communication and services.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear your previous cabinetry order went well, but we’re sorry for the delay and shipping concerns with the trim pieces. Lead times and shipping costs can vary depending on item size and distance traveled, especially for larger components. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue to improve transparency around timing and shipping expectations.
