It took 6 months to get all the cabinets in. We ordered them around the end of August. We received the very last of the damaged and backordered cabinets Feb 4, almost 6 months from the date we ordered. After we ordered the cabinets, we saw they were not going to carry them anymore. When tried to order extra trim was going to charge us 600$ for 4 boards of 4in x 8 ft for baseboards!! Said they were they were discontinued so they were charging a ridicules amount. After all the trouble I had with them then trying to charge me an absorbent amount for 4 trim boards There were many damaged boxes. The quality of the wood did not stand up to transit and below what I expected for 25,000.00 dollars. The boards were splintered, scratched, broke in two, just overall supar material. I do not think these will last 5 years and I would NEVER use this company again. I purchased the extra warranty but this will not cover the 15,000 to install this house of cabinets with all the problems my GC had with this company.

The design process is relatively simple considering there’s no real face-to-face. When the cabinets show up, they’re all packaged well and in good condition. On a few instances where there was damaged during shipping, the replacement parts came fast and effortlessly.

After our bathroom cabinet order and remodel project from 2024, we finally started tackling the kitchen in late 2025. The team was always willing to help and answer any number of questions, guiding us along the way. Christina Geary was our design specialist again and she was on top of everything. She provided multiple revisions based on our updated specs, input and requests. Never once did Christina display frustration with us or seem tired of us. We ran into an issue with one of the cabinets we received. Ini stayed in constant contact with us until the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. She was so professional and cordial. Also, thanks to Kemeisha for her assistance and guidance. Once the kitchen is complete, we'll do our best to post photos. You can bet if we have another remodeling project requiring cabinets, we'll be checking out RTA again!

Christine, the customer representative I worked with, was super helpful and informative as I learned to use the RTA kitchen design tool. She was very patient with my initial questions through to the completion of my order. The design and purchase were completed in only a couple of days and that included several kitchen design options to choose from. Besides the great customer support, the breadth of cabinet lines available from The RTA Store is amazing and very competitively priced.
