I bought the plug-ins for cats
I bought the plug-ins for cats, I have one cat spraying. First they say there Is no smell which is absolutely not true, the smell is horrible and makes me nauseous. I bought three and plugged one in on each of my 3 floors. They have not stopped my cat from spraying at all and he sprays within 12 inches of one of them. I have called several times to get a refund which is their guarantee if it doesn’t work. No one ever answers the phone, you get a message to leave your phone number and e-mail and they will contact you soon, no one ever does. So I tried contacting them on their website, but again no one replies to me. I would like a refund, I am within my 30 day guarantee.
