Their customer service is awful! There IS NOT a contact phone number! You send an email and got no response. AND I cancelled my order and THEY STILl CHARGED ME!!! Quite the rip off!

Unfortunately, Aura Pets did not provide any noticeable benefit for my dog. In fact, he appeared to have a negative reaction after using the drops, and our veterinarian recommended that we discontinue use immediately. What has been even more frustrating is the company's "guaranteed money-back" policy. While they advertise a refund guarantee, actually obtaining a refund has been extremely difficult. I exchanged approximately 25 emails with customer service and followed every instruction they provided. I submitted photos, included all requested information in the return package (name, address, order number, order date, etc.), and returned two unopened bottles. Two months after the return was delivered, I contacted the company to check on the status of my refund. I provided the delivery date, tracking information, and even the name of the person who signed for the package. Despite supplying all requested documentation multiple times, I was told they were unable to track the return. To date, I have still not received my refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. The drops did not work for my dog, and the refund process has been far more difficult and time-consuming than it should be.

This website is a using a subscription based model which is involving a sales funnel which leads many to purchase one time and forget to cancel. Keep Rebilling and rebilling. Making it very difficult to cancel. and rubbish products that you can find on AMAZON better. for 1/6th the price of theirs. Thanks AuraPets!

After 5 months my ShiTzu's eyes are no better but they haven't gotten worse so we'll keep using it

I had a great experience, even though I ended up not keeping the product. It was not the products fault. After I showed the bottle to my Vet ,It had a couple of ingredients that he thought could affect Sarah‘s blood pressure thus affecting the aneurysm by her aortic valve. they worked very fast and efficiently sending my refund. This product has not only improved my 16 year-old Chihuahuas vision, but also given her more confidence which allows her to be a little more assertive and playful with the other five dogs that I have. She used to stand hiding in the corner almost because she couldn’t see well enough to keep up with all the shenanigans that the other dogs were up to now she’s right in the mix. It’s nice to see her quality of life improve.
