Sneaky Marketing
This is a product that gets to be tried and then if you like it, you buy some more. Apparently this company feels that it needs to scam you by automatically sign up for a subscription. Yeah, they may say that they probably have it somewhere in their terms of service, but it is hidden. If your product is good, people will buy more, but if you have to sneakily sign them up for a subscription then their product is not good. If you are signing up for a subscription, it ought to be obvious up front, not serendipitously hidden. Stand by your products, not sneaky marketing!

Terrible subscription experience, BUY WITH CAUTION
I came across TheraPet from a Facebook ad to buy a diffuser kit for my cat. The diffuser I got was fine and worked okay, however they sneakily roped me into a subscription and charged my account without my knowing until it was too late. I have sent an email to cancel my order and it says that it "can't be confirmed because it needs to be reviewed". Customer service is terrible for this stuff and this is not only how they get their money, but their five-step cancellation process that changes the colors and positions of the cancel and keep subscription buttons is a prime example for why we need a "click to cancel" law in this country. I highly do not recommend buying your pet diffuser from this company unless you check with a fine tooth comb where the subscribe button is.

Doesn’t work so no point wasting $, they put you on auto re order so make sure you cancel that.

I bought Therapet for my cat who is in…
I bought Therapet for my cat who is in the habit of weeing on items, I tried for over a month but I did not see any improvement in the aggression of one of my cats and the other cat peeing, therapet tell me to wait 6 months for any improvement but I dont want to keep purchasing their defusers for 6 months and then conclude this did not work. I tried another well known brand for a few months but this also did not work. After 1 month I would at least expect some improvement but I didn't see any value in continuing with this. I am trying something else which has had more success quickly to see if that will work. Sorry but I will not be purchasing any more

Despite the product not working
Despite the product not working, they sent me out a subscription of more. I was told to refuse them on delivery.... the packet didn't have their name on it and the tracking code was different....(how can I refuse something that doesn't look like its come from you?) I opened a dispute with my bank as I was getting no where with them. Under reassurance from Therapetmd I cancelled the dispute with my bank and now have received no refund. They claim that my bank have not dropped the dispute. A month on and I still have no refund from them nor will they answer any off my messages.

Therapet is not for people with sensitive skin or multi pets
Therapet did not work for my pets. No only were they still peeing everywhere, I also contracted a rash due to an allergic reaction to this product as well. I was so hopeful that i would finally have less cleanup but instead was extremely let down it didn't work and even after all that the so called return if you dont like it after a month policy they have is a scam, they didnt even offer me half of my money back and I also had to go to the doctor for a steroid pack to clear the rash up.
