This seemed to work better on my cats than other pheromone diffusers I have purchased. Behaviors have improved and they all seem more content. I also like the diffuser design with the light. I don’t see as much of a residue collecting on the top grille.

I believe this stuff really works! There was definitely a change in behavior after we got this, although for cats that absolutely hate each other I would not be able to make a judgment on. Our cats just seemed they needed an added push. Thankful for this product!

I tried it last night with him and after plugging it in for about an hour my cat was way more relaxed. He stopped swishing his tail, and he went back to being really sweet with me. There was no overheating, it was perfectly warm, but I installed it in a way where the bottle of the liquid is hanging from below the diffuser itself. Overall, highly recommended for single cats.

I tried their cat calming diffusers. They did not work for my cats and emitted a terrible odor that was unpleasant to many people in the house. On their front page they boast 100% guarantee and full refund no questions asked if this product does not work for your pets. I initiated a return and refund and they direct you to their return policy that states they won’t take it back if it is open and used. So, you can try it and if you don’t like it money back on the guarantee, but you also can’t try to to get your 100% refund. This is false advertising and super misleading. They initially offered me a 30% refund. Then they said 40%. Now they are up to 50% citing their return/refund policy. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company at this point. Edit: After my review here, I received a full refund on my order #8274. However I will still leave my review as is due to the fact that it is indeed the truth and how their policy was implemented.

Once you get your diffusers, plug it in, and make sure the little blue light is on after you push the duck lips. Look under to see if it’s on. If so, it’s working!

I am giving this a 3⭐️ only because it hasn’t stopped one of my cats from being aggressive but it surely has curtailed them. He doesn’t bother my other cat nearly as much, so this is a plus. I will continue purchasing these defusers. Plus the calming spray I also bought really calmed one of my cats as I crated her to go for a vet visit.

I had trouble tracking the order so I wanted to cancel also it was no longer needed. They wouldn't let me. So when I did receive it one don't work. I reached out to them only to get told I have to send video of defective item. My phone doesn't do video. So I have no way. And they won't fix it. This company sucks. I just wanted my refund.on both orders.
