I ordered one from their website direct on 05/10/19 and received a tracking number of which the last entry is on 07/10/19 at the USPS receiving facility. Sadly this has not arrived in the UK. I contacted them and was advised to wait until the 8 weeks for international deliveries has passed which it now has and I have contacted them again, this time requesting an immediate refund. I am waiting to see if this will happen. A bad experience. Update-Having sent them an email, their return email directed me to their live chat system on their website. Here is where I laid all my cards on the table I:e tracking and sales numbers with dates from which they confirmed the loss in transit and are sending me a replacement. They do state to allow 8 weeks for international transit on their website whereas items I have bought off eBay.com, the USA site have arrived here a lot quicker from the USA. Doubtless having to pay UK import charges will make this for an expensive purchase but if this really does work? It's what I will happily pay. I have taken the rating out of one star

Have been plugged in for nearly 24 hrs and 4% done... Why did I spend so much money? This is bad, unless you have limited amount of pics it will not serve its purpose, however in that case you would not need a device like this... I will have to see if I can get my money back! This was pricey !

I got the 128G Photo Stick so I could backup all my photos and videos. It worked when I first plugged it into my Mac-at least I think it did. It stored 1.2 GB of photos. I would also like to backup photos that are on external hard drives, but I am not sure it will do this. When I plugged the Photo Stick in to try this, I did not get the green GO button (even though I do have some new photos on my actual computer to backup). Also, the main folder on the Photostick had a name that I did not recognize (including the first name of my neighbor along with her place of work! How did this happen?). I am not able to tell which of my photos are on the drive and which ones are not, and I am not apparently able to use the 126 or so GB I have left on the drive...Thought I could trust this device but after reading other reviews, I cannot be sure my photos will be safe at all! What a huge waste of money. Is someone reaping a profit from my mistake- or is there something I am doing wrong?

This is a miracle! Photos that I have thought disappeared for life when I had lost usage of my old computer. Unbelievable! Photos of a lifetime that I have recuperated!!! I love you PhotoStick, Thank-you for recuperating over 3800 photos of our lives!!!!

Photostick doesn't work. Spent hours letting it scan and load but after 24 hours just 7% showed on the screen! It never finished loading, never worked as stated. One click go and save - ridiculous.

Not even worth one star. A useless and expensive piece of junk. BUYER BEWARE. Purchased the 128 GB version early in September 2019 for $79.99 (approx £62). When it finally arrived in the UK, I had to collect it from a Royal Mail Depot, but not before paying a further £21.99 consisting of a customs fee and a Royal Mail handling fee. Given what I had already spent, I felt I had little option but to pay up (I SHOULDN'T HAVE BOTHERED). This week, with some time off work, I finally get around to using the photostick - except it simply DOES NOT WORK. It doesn't work either in the Mac Book (that I bought it for) or in a Windows PC. In both cases it does not open. I have followed the advice on the 'ThePhotoStick.com' website - including the Spotlight/Privacy advice. It will appear on the desktop, but will not open. I note too, that the promised 'help/chat' bubble is absent on the website and the 'click here if it doesn't open' link also doesn't work. I can find no other contact or email details - other than the return address. Of course, I am beyond the 30 day return deadline and, to be honest, have no intention of throwing yet more good money after bad. I now have zero confidence in this product and can only recommend AVOID.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Like so many others writing reviews, I am also totally shocked & disappointed by the excessive additional costs which are NOT mentioned at point of order. My £38.50 Photostick purchased through Facebook is still in Royal Mail depot, waiting for me to pay £16.81 customs fee (including £8 for Royal Mail handling charges). This totals &61.46 - and judging by the posts, the device is unlikely to work as advertised. As others have commented, it is uneconomic to attempt a return as I expect I would be forced to pay that cost too? Still trying to work out how to proceed.

Arrived in Aust in good time ...worked as it said ...scaned files found 12329 photos ..took around an hour BUT when i viewed the photos from the photostick they are all in triplicate. ..41327 photos ....anyone know why ???? other than that i am happy with the product
