UPDATE: FIXED

UPDATE: I did finally get help and restored thephotostick. I had to find the original email from my order and a link was in that. Do not lose you original email unless you save that link because googling for thephotostick gave me wrong info. The name of the company is something different and is not on the stick or email itself. ThePhotoStick works now. I tried this and it ran and then froze. It saved everything except pictures. I deleted all of that stuff and tried again and it again saved everything except pictures. Now the exe file won't even open and the expensive thing is useless. Support won't answer my emails. I bought 2 of these things and have lost $140! Do not buy this thing.
