The photostick is a great way to back up all of your important photo memories from your phone or computer, easily and quickly. Just download the app, insert the photostick, and click a button! It really is that easy. I would highly recommend this as a great gift idea!

i recieved photostick 4 days ago followed instructions and after about 4hrs it stopped downloading photo,s. i checked photostick contents and could immediately see not all photo,s from laptop had been downloaded so i tried it again and it said it couldn,t find any photo,s then a box popped up saying there was corrupt files on photostick. i emailed company about problems and asked for refund they have not responded. Dont waste your money on this rubbish.

I purchased two Photosticks as Xmas presents and whilst the first did exactly what it was supposed to do the second stick would not work at all. The software stated that the stick was already 99% full before anything had been downloaded onto it. Repeated attempts to resolve my problem where thwarted by a very unhelpful help desk who seemed to put every obstacle in my way because I did not have my original invoice number. All other details were provided (date of purchase, card details, my own personal details) but without my invoice number they would not budge. I remain a very frustrated and unhappy customer.

My wife and I found the mobile Photostick not user-friendly despite our many efforts to get it to work properly. The 5 star rating is NOT for the item itself but for the quick response and refund we received when we requested such of the Photostick customer service office.

I think this product is from the US, I'm in Australia, for some reason this product doesn't work for me and I don't know if it's due to the possible differences on my laptop compared to that in the US. But I wouldn't recommend anyone in Australia purchasing this product.

Having not got off to the greatest start with my photostick experience (faulty stick) i can say that the customer service i received was very helpful and they replaced my first stick with a new one that seems to work fine. So i will take back my previous comment and say that i am now satisfied with my purchase.

I have to leave a review for these things, because they're pretty slick. Better than I thought they would be. My wife is always super-sensitive about our family photos. It's annoying, because I'm an IT guy, and I manage our data just fine. But, I also know that the people that lose the data the least are the people that have copies of the data EVERYWHERE. I mean this is a really great way to make my data redundant. The special data. The WIFE'S data! I mean, it was simple. I plugged it in. I choose locations to search. It searched and save the files to the drive. No heavy, funky software consuming itself to backup some photos. When I was playing around with the drive, I chose too many locations to search. It backed up a whole bunch of videos, because I told it to. Anyway, the drive ran out of space. I thought, "ok, I broke it. This is going to be a problem." Nope. They thought of everything. It prompted me to remove some files or plug in another photostick to resume the job. I'm happy with them. Handy piece of tech. Worth every penny actually. Wife says something... that's my prompt to do something. I do something, she stops saying something. It's the circle of life. Anyway, thanks, great product!
