I love the two storage sticks! I have the one to store the photons straight from my phone and then I use the 128g memory stick to store the photos once I have them on the computer. I love how easy it is to get the pictures off my phone so that they are not lost as I’m prone to breaking my phone. Thanks for a great product!

After some problems, mostly due to my lack of computer savvy, the Photostick worked as advertised. One Photostick which was obviously faulty was replaced without quibble.

They overcharged me,said they sent credit, which has never come after 3 months. No one in the company will help at all, they bounce you around .. said you can track the shipment which took a month to get here and then send it regular US post. Too funny. Gosh help you if you want any money back from them. I am pleased to report, that after posting this negative review on Trust pilot the company contacted me and a full refund was issued within days. It is too bad this is what it took, but all worked out. By the way, the product works well.

I got a photo stick 128 gb for my computer - works perfectly! It's gonna take some time, that's normal for any backup device. So I plugged it in and did some laundry and had some coffee. Checked on it a few times and it was always diligently finding my photos and videos. Found them in folders I didn't know had files I'd want! Would recommend.
