Hello, Salvatore. I am sorry for the inconvenience that your package has yet to arrive. We email customers their shipping/tracking information the day the package ships out. Please check your email (as the tracking number is listed in that email along with instructions on how to track your package). You can also "Request Status Updates" from the tracking site. Please feel free to contact your local post office / customs department for delivery estimates on their end as well, if you wish. Our shipping information is listed on our website for your review. Please allow time for your package to arrive. https://www.thephotostick.com/pages/shipping Unfortunately, international package delivery is still quite slow due to the ongoing international Covid-19 regulations, limited air flights, and international backlogs in customs and package processing.
