I’m on day 3 trying get this product to…
I’m on day 3 trying get this product to work, £81 (uk) what a lot of wasted money and time spent. They are Advertising files/photos transferred very quickly!… day 3 and still this is not completed . I had 6000 photos in my phone .So frustrating as it takes so long ….your phone drains of battery and needs charging so you need to repeat the process again . I had 100 % battery this morning and It drained to 20% after 3 hours it’s only completed 18% files . 3 days on and I’m now at 68% photo/file downloaded .it takes so long my battery life won’t last long enough .😡 wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Extremely slow. Don't waste your time. Zero stars.
I bought the device, downloaded the app and proceeded to download my photos and videos. One and a half hours later, it was only 16% downloaded. At that rate it would have taken about 10 hours to download my photos and videos. This is a terrible device. I tried on my iPhone and my wife's iPhone and on both phones, same extremely slow speed. Don't waste your time. Not worth it. I returned the next day.

Great customer care & service
I had a problem with my order, through no fault of Photostick. Ordered 4 Photosticks one year ago
I ordered 4 Photosticks on August 23 last year, and payed ca $100. I am still waiting for delivery! No response from the company. My customer is 10271.

Bought the stick last february. avoid at all costs
Bought the stick last feb. tried it out yesterday. First it completely froze the laptop then it stated there was an error. I coulodn`t get the program off the laptop. Contacted photostick support who gave instructipons for a download and told me to wipe the stick before downloading. I did this, and the stick seemed to work. It took 6 hours to copy my photos and videos. However, it also copied duplicates which it wasn`t supposed to do and was was one of the reasons i bought it in the fisrt place. Next day I came to view the saved pics only to find the stick wasn`t working. again. I asked for a refund but was told i could only have a replacement or refund once I retuned the original back to the States for a refund.This I will not do as this as whether or not this stick works it has already been coppying all sorts of information from my computer. I would be have to be mad to trust this company who are selling products that are not fit for purpose in the first place.

I had a problem with delivery of my order that was not in any way the fault of ThePhotoStick but they stayed with the problem until it was solved even though it cost them to see it through. This is why I like dealing with family owned businesses like ThePhotoStick. I’ll be telling my family and friends as well as posting on my social accounts how well I was treated.
