Worthless info. Don’t waste your money. No wonder he doesn’t work for Norcold anymore, doesn’t have a clue. Honestly, anyone with internet connection and half a brain can do as well on your own. Rude and arrogant attitude!

Terrible service... Ordered a new fridge door and paid in full 2 1/2 months ago but received nothing other than the order confirmation for my order #1030387. Sent many emails to parts at norcoldguy.com and orders at norcoldguy.com but nothing. Contacted them on Facebook and their chat room, nothing... Tried to call them multiple times, nothing. Richard, this order was cancelled and refunded due to us not being able to fulfill special orders of this type internationally due to Covid. It looks like we have notes where we've spoken on the phone and through Email. Really sorry you had a hard time reaching us on this! If there's still a charge you see on your card, let us know!

I ordered a refrigerator March 9. It soon showed shipped status. It is now march 24 and I have left numerous messages in full mailboxes and sent emails, all with no response just to get the tracking number. Their web pages say there is a chat box in the lower left of the page, but it does not exist. Reply: I have already sent multiple emails on order 1030450. My last one is to cancel the order. Please respect that. I should not have to go through Trustpilot to get a response. Reply2: I only use one email I received confirmation on 3/8. 3/15 Emailed info at thenorcoldguy.com requesting the tracking number. Undated left phone messages. Subsequent calls did not leave message since no reply to first ones. 3/24 7:15 Again emailed info at thenorcoldguy requesting the tracking number. 3/24 9:25 Emailed orders at thenorcoldguy requesting the tracking number 3/24 18:54 emailed info at thenorcoldguy requesting cancellation stating I would not accept the package if it ever did arrive. Note: info is the email address on the order status page, but info should forward to orders if they can't handle it. According to the tracking number it was delivered on 3/15 to Long Beach, CA, not Hawaii where I live. If it is still in transit somewhere, you should get it intercepted and returned to save me the trouble and you the additional expense.

Regarding order #1029915 I would give them zero stars but I have to give them a one star as it’s the lowest I can give. I ordered parts January 4, 2021 and was told parts were awaiting shipment and would be 3-5 weeks which was fine but it’s now going on 10 weeks and still nothing. I have sent emails trying to get a answer without any response from them.

Ordered a part for our fridge August 2020. Wasn’t expecting it to arrive fast because of the pandemic and Norcold Guy is in the USA and I’m in northern Canada. I just received the part in the mail today (Jan. 11th). So, SUPER long wait, but they fulfilled the order. I gave them 4stars because communication was kind of lacking and after several emails, I started to worry that the part might never come. We really needed it so we hung in there and now I’m so happy that we won’t have to buy an entire new fridge in the spring!

I placed an order Sept 1, 2020. I was told 3-5 weeks delay because of Covid. I called at 5 weeks. Was told they are still delayed, with no ETA. He warned me not to cancel or it would be March. He would not even tell me where I was in the queue, which I thought was odd. Now when I attempt to cancel the order December 14, no response. The phone number on my order is disconnected. I called the web page number and lots of mumbo jumbo, but no way to talk to someone. Think twice is all I can say. At least if they would update the website to an honest delay time, instead of the bogus 3-5 week delay, that would be a start. It is dishonest, since they grab your money up front instead of waiting for it to ship like most places. Later: isn't it odd you find the time to reply here, but you can't bother to answer your phones or emails. Hmmm

Lorne, our number has changed to 800-712-8822. We do not manufacturer the parts we sell. We can simply forward the messages that they give us onto the customer. We were given several different lead times on this order and a lot of that is due to Covid, which I'm sure you understand. Companies working at half staff or less, consistently opening and closing does change lead times and it's difficult to stay on top of. Sorry that your experience with us was a negative one! I will make sure this order gets refunded for you.
