Had trouble with my refridgerator…
Had trouble with my refridgerator cooling. Called the Norcold Guy, explained what issues I had over the phone while sitting in my camper. He told me exactly how to troubleshoot, what the problem was, what part to buy (Thermistor), and how easy it was to install. He was right. I bought the part and installed it in 5 minutes. The technician was professional, courteous and easy to work with. It was one of the most stress free call ever made for service questions.

Found the step by step troubleshoot…
Found the step by step troubleshoot guides very helpful. Solved my problem without having to call a professional. Parts I needed were shipped immediately and arrived in a few days. Refrigerator is up and running perfectly. Highly recommend the Norcold Guy.

Unfortunately I never received the parts…
Unfortunately I never received my parts, it was easy enough to order and the site was pretty good, and easy enough to use. Just wish I would have gotten the parts. Also it would be great if I could call them and let them know!!! Thank you -Will

This was a special order you placed with a lead time of 3-5 weeks since it is on backorder in the industry. It states this right above the "add to cart" on the product page. We are still waiting on it to come in but will ship it out just as soon as it does!
