Paid for 2 day shipping through thier other website called seek adventure and only received half of our order. Trying to contact them seems near impossible. They won't return emails and the phone number seems to be disconnected.

Casey, I just called to try to explain the confusion. You placed your order 2nd day air but one of the parts, a whole air conditioner, had to go truck freight due to its size. Due to that, you weren't able to select any shipping option, it's built into the price. The 2nd day was for the other component. As of now, I'm seeing you have received both. Please give us a call if that's now correct.

I ordered a part that showed as being in stock on one his other websites called Seek Adventure LLC. After waiting 6 days nothing had been shipped so I sent him an email. He did call me to say it would be 3 to 5 weeks because it was not in stock. I told him I was going to see if I could find it sooner and may cancel my order with him. I was able to find another one and have tried several times to contact him by phone and by email to no avail. Seems to have several company names that he goes by so not sure what his deal is but I would not order from him again. The part I ordered still shows that he has it in stock but that is obviously not the case.

Tom, this is showing it has been refunded in full and canceled. Sorry about the delay in response. It looks like a phone call was made letting you know that we had successfully canceled it. Not sure if we had gotten through, however. Have a great RV season!

I ordered a $2.25 part and was willing to pay substantially more because my customer insisted. I initially ordered through second day air, and created a new order for next day air. I assumed that when business opened the following morning they would have responded to my email request to cancel the second day air order, and only ship the next day air order. Seemed to be a pretty straightforward thing to do. Instead, they ignored all forms of communication, telephone and email. They proceeded to ship both orders. Additionally, no return address exists on the packaging. This appears to be a “ghost” company. I’ve kept records of my communication with them and luckily my bank will allow me to file a charge back due to the inability of the merchant to: 1. Provide adequate customer service. 2. Lack of return policy. Luckily, it will be easy for me to get my money back. Additionally, I will be sure to never ever in my life order anything from these people again.

That is always our priority here, to ship things out ASAP every morning because there are a lot of other pressing duties to deal with during the day (mostly getting orders ready for the following morning). Email responses can be delayed up to 48 hours this time of year but we do try to respond as soon as we are able. I ordered the Norcold N4104 for my boat. It arrived with a broken latch. I plugged it in after a few days and it does not work. I have written many emails and spoke with Brian twice. Since then no response from anyone?
