Casey always sends me a text to let me know my order has arrived along with the emails that I receive from Farmers Dog. Casey always responds to any questions that I may have with concern and compassion. Farmers Dog is the best for me and my dog!

My 10 year old German Shepherd used to stir her food around with her nose and push it disdainfully out of her bowl. She refused to eat ANY dry food and I’ve tried a lot of them. She only ate when she really HAD to. Introduced Farmer’s dog: she can’t wait, eats ALL her food and tries to steal her little brother’s food as well! She used to be kind of a stinky, greasy girl with dandruff but now her fur is soft and she is much lower on the stink-index scale. The dry food must have been pretty gross. If you have a picky, stinky eater, FARMER’s DOG is your answer!

They truly cared about my dog's well-being. My beloved dog, Lika, passed away last week, and I couldn't even give her my last order from The Farmer's Dog. When I contacted them to inactivate my subscription, they not only refunded my last delivered order but also surprised me with a beautiful, large plant pot a week later. I was initially unsure of the sender but later discovered it was a thoughtful gesture from The Farmer's Dog. I cried a lot upon realizing this, appreciating their sincere consideration during this difficult time. My dog genuinely enjoyed their food until she couldn't eat anymore.

Don’t give your dog food from The Farmers Dog if you don’t want it to get sick. My dog was perfectly healthy before we switched her to The Farmers Dog since she is a picky eater. Now, 2 months later, she was rushed to the vet and diagnosed with pancreatitis. The Farmers Dog is full of fat which ultimately caused this. Save your time, money, and your pet and don’t feed it The Farmers Dog.

I cancelled my subscription the day I received the notice because my dog absolutely will not touch this food. 1 week later I receive a text saying that my order has shipped and was charger $92.11 for a month supply of food for a 12# Morkie. Now if he would eat the stuff it wouldn't be so bad but I have mixed cheese and even treats in it and he has not taken 1 bite. When I reached out to the company to ask why it was sent I was told I cancelled 1 day too late (i cancelled the day I was sent the notice) They suggested I mix in treats and other things just to get him to eat it but I have never had an issue with him eating anything. They then suggested I dontate the $92 worth of food and refused a refund.

I would say that this is a very well run company although I don't see why they don't use organic vegetables. The issue I have is when I tried to cancel my subscription - not just pause it but cancel It - I had to go through many hoops. We all need to have the ability to change our minds and that ought to be woven into their practices.
