My mother wanted to try using farmers dog. Unfortunately they don’t accept certain cards for payment even if it’s a debit card. They were quick to respond and their food is awesome but they should find a way to accept other types of payment. **note** It is not a prepaid card

I signed up for the trial of the farmers dog. I was not satisfied, and before my trial ended they prematurely, charged my card and I did not authorize it. Do not recommend this company.

Are you kidding me, for the first four or five years this dog ate kibble and he didn't want to eat and since I've started feeding him the farmer's dog he's a different dog he used to be 23 lbs and he was kind of scrawny and didn't have a whole lot of energy but he now weighs 27 lbs and he thinks he's a puppy again, he'll be 10 years old on the 2nd of next month, I've tried all kinds of food over the years with BB, but until I found the farmer's dog he just didn't want to eat and he didn't have any energy, this food has changed his entire life which has changed my entire life we are a lot happier and a lot less stressed, I don't take him to the vet 3 or 4 times a year anymore cuz he doesn't have any health problems, and I'm absolutely convinced it's because of this food

My Dog gets diarrhea after eating it. trying to give it for a week maybe my dog is just adjusting. but still getting diarrhea. even i followed how to prep and how to introduce it. not recommended. plus im canceling my order Brittany is not very helpful. sounds so rude. Bad costumer service. don’t waste your time thinking to get this food for your dogs.

First off, my dogs are always excited to eat their food. The problem I have is their lack of Quality Assurance and customer support. I have tried to order 8 days of food for each dog. They have been unable to complete such a simple request. The orders are never right. They would rather send new orders than fix internal issues and ship what is ordered. For the cost I expect better, but I am so frustrated I have given up on them ever improving. Sad part it is the dogs that suffer due to the actions of incompetent humans.

From the ordering process, to the quality of the packaging, and to the food itself - love this company! Ecstatic my dog is eating a healthy balanced diet of real meats and vegetables. The portion sizes are perfect and the food smells delicious. Wish someone would have started a company like this many years ago. My dog absolutely loves this food and I'm excited to see his overall improved health.
