Wouldn't even give these guys 1 star if 0 stars were an option; I placed an order on black friday for a bath robe...had to select a color other than what I wanted because everything else showed out of stock. So I expected to get the robe for Christmas. After 2-1/2 weeks I finally got an email saying it had shipped. Well...Christmas came and went and I never got the robe; the tracking number showed a label was created but it never got to UPS...so apparently company store never shipped it. When I called to speak to customer service...the woman I spoke with (Loretta...who I would guess was 80 years old) took about 15 minutes looking over the order to tell me what I already knew (that the label was created and never shipped), but was condescending...not the least bit empathetic that the gift I ordered for Christmas never arrived...and then tried to charge me MORE for the re-order (all while trying to convince me that 21% discount...the same discount I would get by just opening up their web site...was a great deal. After all of this I asked to speak with her supervisor...who sounded even older and more confused and didn't do diddly squat for me. I'll NEVER shop at Company store again...what a massive disappointment!

I placed an order with The Company Store for an item that was on back order and would not ship for 2 months. That was fine until a hold was placed on my bank account. I immediately cancelled the order as it was the week before Christmas and the amount was over $200. Almost 2 weeks later the hold is still on my account and I still do not have access to my money. I have emailed and called The Company Store numerous times. I have received no response to my emails - nothing. Every time I call (at least 4 times beginning the morning after I placed the order) I’m told the hold will be removed by midnight. It is still on my account and my bank cannot remove the hold without authorization from The Company Store. The only reason I placed the order in the first place is their website said I would not be charged until the item shipped - it said nothing about a hold being placed on my account. DO NOT ORDER from The Company Store! They hijacked my account and money and ignore my calls, emails and requests.

Purchased some pajamas and after the first wash (short cold water cycle, washed before using it) the colors bled so my white and red pajamas are now pink. I contacted customer service right away and they responded 2 weeks later with no resolution, just asking me to send the faulty ones back (didn't specify how or where to send them) and to call them back to place another order. Why would I want a second pajamas if they clearly are so poorly made they can't stand 20 minutes in cold water?? Very dissatisfied with the product and the incompetent customer service.

I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY TWICE, THE FIRST TIME, YEARS AGO AND I STILL HAVE THE LINENS AND TOWELS LIKE NEW. THE QUALITY OF MY PRODUCTS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. MY LAST PURCHASE WAS SOMETHING I WISHED TO RETURN AND ONLY AFTER SENDING AN E-MAIL REGARDING MY ISSUE, THIS COMPANY REFUNDED NO QUESTIONS ASKED, I WAS VERY SURPRISED AND PLEASED. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND IF ANYONE HAS AN ISSUE WITH THEIR PURCHASE JUST CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, I AM SURE THEY WILL HANDLE IT APPROPRIATELY, DON'T POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS IF THE ISSUE CAN BE HANDLED PRIVATELY. Ordered a comforter almost 2 years ago which they oversold and they canceled my order. I am yet to be refunded after many phone calls...wish I could give 0 stars.

I attempted an order once for bedding. I got an email confirmation with a FEDEX shipping number. However, FEDEX said there was no such shipment. After weeks of asking for a refund, I threatened to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. They finally relented and refunded my payment. I now get their mailed catalog many times per year. I have requested removal 4 times now. They've followed me even after moving. I'll NEVER purchase from them again and I'm now on a crusade to eliminate this catalog from polluting my mailbox!

I purchases several pairs of flannel pajamas sets for my daughter - never in my life have I had a garment fall apart in a week on it's first wash. Each pair on laundering tore and ripped at the seams and in the middle of the fabric on washing. As it was something like 8 pairs and they had gone into several different wash lots and nothing else in our machine was effected, it wasn't down to anything with our washing machine. I have never seen anything like it even in much cheaper clothing. So possibly some weakness in the cloth lot. Whatever it was, it sure was weird. The companies response to the issue was poor, so I said I would never shop with them again and I haven't. Prior to that I had yearly bought a lot of children's clothing, bedding, towels and other items that wore nominally well, some fraying and pilling, but nothing like this. Obviously, there was something truly wrong with the garments and I felt company should have acted responsibly under the circumstances. We turned them into dust clothes, it was a complete waste of money.

I was given a gift card. My item was over the amount of the gift card. Most companies if you have an item over the amount of the gift card will let you pay the remaining balance with another credit card. I have never had problem with that except at the Company store. So i selected another item that was similar but cheaper. I have $5 left on a gift card that I can't apply to anything in their store beause there is nothing for that price and I can't use a credt csrd to make up the difference in price. They will only accept 1 card per order. So essentially they make the $5 I can't use. That could add to alot of money if they are doing that to others. I coud have purchased a better quality product elsewhere for less money.
