I always liked this companies product, until recently. Their customer service is terrible, no follow up. I had a problem with a down comforter leaking. They said that they have a lifetime warranty. That does not seem to be the case as it is impossible to get them to address the problem with the comforter. I have called and emailed and spoke to a dozen folks, all different, and then receive emails telling me to contact them. When I explain that I have tried to resolve this and spoke with someone else, they say they need the information I sent the other person. It is a circus that goes round and round. I figure they do it so that you will just give up. Do not buy from this company.

For Valentine's Day, I ordered and confirmed by phone a full set of pajamas for my kids (son, daughter in law and baby)By phone, I was as told all items are available and ready to ship. A few days later 2 items are received. A few days after that I receive an email saying the 3rd item is out of stock and unable to be delivered. So now, my daughter in law has no idea a present was bought for her and not deliverable.Very sad ! I called the company and they told me they were sorry but they could not help me in any way. And my son can return the items shipped. So basically, they are making their problem mine to deal with. I will never buy from them again. There are so many ways they could have handled this issue better but they did nothing and continue to do nothing to help. Beware of any purchases made by this store...and this is coming from a loyal past customer .

I recently had a surprisingly pleasant experience with The Company Store. I purchased a quilt approximately 3 years ago and unfortunately the stuffing disappeared. After speaking with the company LIFE GUARANTEE department, they agreed to send me a new quilt at no cost to me. Another words, they lived up to their guarantee ! I was shocked that a company today was responsible enough to adhere to their promise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their products !

I purchased slippers that were fairly pricey but looked like they would be worth it. I used the sizing chart online and when they arrived, they were so small I couldn't even get my foot into them. When I went to return the item, the instructions were not clear and I had to call the site. They claimed I had to return by UPS where they would pick it up and of course I had to pay for the return. I never received my refund. I called to find out what was going on and was on the phone for a half hour while this person tried to figure out why my refund was such a mess. I received an email that my refund was on the way and 2 months later, I still have not received it. Do not purchase anything from this company!

I have zero affiliation with this store and can only relate my experiences with them. I ordered a down comforter from them. I tried three other internet sites to order comforters with horrid results. Two out of three filled my order for express shipping (around $80) only to let me know days later that the items were on backorder. Great customer service to charge me for overnight shipping and then tell me a week later the items were on backorder. Anyway, The Company Store, got me my new comforter in four days. Amazing. The quality is very good and my wife loves the new comforter so much I am now ordering two more. I ordered the new ones on a Friday evening (thinking it would be Monday at the earliest before they would ship) and I got an email Saturday saying they had already shipped. This company is amazing. Amazing.

quality is TERRIBLE so cheaply made and and then they charge a $2.95 restocking fee PER item. So if you buy 4 bath towels in a set you still pay $2.95 x 4. and they make you return the item then they make you call them once they confirm they received your return to give them your payment information again so they can refund your card and wait another 1/2 hour for someone to pick up the phone. DON'T EVER PURCHASE HERE, EVER!

Customer service is awful. Ordered a robe 12/4 and was told a week after that it was back ordered. Then I got another email a week later saying it was now back ordered until mid April. I wrote 5 emails asking to cancel my order and heard nothing. I am now writing my 6th in hopes someone will listen. If you plan on ordering be sure you don't need customer service.

I ordered a pair of slippers from this horrible store on December 6, their site said the item would ship in 1-2 business days. After two weeks and no shipping confirmation I called. They couldn’t help me and said I should call the company who makes the slipper. I did and they were clueless as well, asked me to call back later after they had a chance to speak to their warehouse. I called back that afternoon to see what he found out and he acted like I was an idiot to be calling again. I called the stupid company store again. They tried to pawn me off on the manufacturer again. She finally came back and told me the item wouldn’t be available until after Christmas. I said fine and let the recipient of the gift know that their gift would arrive late. Then on December 28th I received an email saying they would not be able to fulfill the order and that it had been cancelled. Buyer beware! This is the sorriest most unorganized poor excuse for a company I have ever dealt with. How they stay in business is beyond me. Never again will I do business with their “company”.
