If I could rate no stars for this I would. I tried now two times to purchase the Galloway King sized quilt which they listed up on their websites and was told the first round I got the quilt and it was last in the warehouse, which to of no avail was nothing. Attempted a second time to purchase and found on site again and didn't receive a shipping email and called this afternoon and was told that the quilt was backordered and I couldn't backorder like the other six people did before me. End result is I have to return all the matching shams that I purchased which PS shipped out before the quilt. I also tried on another site and I wasn't successful, which that site was okay at least they responded to me truthfully and forthright. I also purchased blankets and sheets to match, which now due to not getting the quilt, I have to return blankets, sheets and shams and start all over again. Terrible experience, I would not recommend them. That's great you can answer the phone quickly, but you really don't afford much of a solution in keeping the customer happy and returning. Very dissatisfied overall experience.

I recently bought a king size comforter. I was very satified with it, however it did not come with the pillow shams. It was my mistake for not making sure they were a set. (Although I have never seen a comforter sold without the shams before at other outlets), Consequently, once we received the comforter, we had to then go back to the website and order the shams. They were priced at an outrageous $35 EACH!!!!!! I did find a coupon to take the price down a little, but it still ended up costing me $70 with shipping and tax!! If I didn't love the comforter so much I would have sent it all back. I literally felt like I HAD to buy the shams ... which match the comforter ... but aren't anything extrodiany!! I am WARNING everyone I talk to about what a giant rip off this is. They sell matching sheets...ala cart...ie buy a fitted for an huge price and buy a flat for a huge price. It's the most ridiculous thing ever. Please find other places to buy goods and avoid this place. They may give you a decent price on one thing, but they rip you bad for the accessories!!

Rather poor service and communication. One item from my order was back ordered and 3 months after the expected ship date I had neither received the item nor heard anything, so I called for an update. Customer service rep told me that although the item was back in stock, the original Paypal authorization had expired. They apparently have no process in place to reach out to the customer in this kind of situation. I was told that I needed to provide a credit card number in order for them to ship out the item, so gave the number to the rep over the phone. Then I received a pending charge on my credit card for the entire amount of the original order, including the items that had not been back ordered (already paid and received). When I called back, I was told that because 'I' had changed the payment method, the charge was showing the entire amount but that I would be charged only for the items that shipped, when they shipped. From neither customer service rep did I receive any acknowledgement for the clumsy service, lack of organization or poor communication. The treatment from both reps was perfunctory at best. It did not seem to be the fault of any individual, but rather that this below average level of service is typical of this organization. I will avoid in the future and would not recommend.

I've been a repeat customer for years, but I'M DONE NOW. Two years ago, I ordered 2 items, 1 I received but the other companion item sold out and it took 2 weeks before I received notification it would not be restocked. Ok, it was November, around the holidays, so thought maybe it was just a fluke. WRONG! Ever since Home Depot became their parent company in 2017, The Company Store has gone downhill. My daughter-in-law suggested 3 Company Store items for my 3 grandchildren this Easter and I thought ... ok, I'll try 1 more time. Placed my order 1/22/21 for 3 items, with names embroidered on each item. 1 item arrived within a couple of weeks, but the other 2 went on back order, until 3/22/21, but now are not due in until 4/9/21 and EASTER SUNDAY IS TOMORROW!! I was told if they do arrive by 4/9/21, earliest they will ship to me is 4/12/21 and I may not receive them until 4/17/21 ... almost 3 months after I placed the original order!! The customer service rep I spoke to today was utterly and completely detached & disinterested, lacking in customer service skills and totally void of any concern for my situation. And worst of all, no apologies for my inconvenience. BUYERS BEWARE, if you want good customer service and timely receipt of merchandise ordered, SHOP ELSEWHERE! I will be from now on. UPDATE 5/15/21: Called again, around April 21, since this order had still not arrived. As before, the customer service rep could have cared less about my situation + told me the items were due in the next day but would take at least 3-5 days to process before shipping. No offer to expedite shipping of this delayed order nor any other kind of compensation for my dissatisfaction and inconvenience. FINALLY after 3 months + 1 week, my grandchildren's bath towels arrived on 4/29/21 .... balled up into plastic bags, in a plastic delivery envelope. WOW, final proof that The Company Store has gone TOTALLY downhill.

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a very expensive bedspread and two shams. I received my order quickly, however, the stitching was horrible, not even same color thread as fabric, not sewed in a straight line, etc... I returned said order, and here it is 45 days later and I still DO NOT have my refund! I finally called my credit card company to get reimbursed. Horrible experience.

I have been buying from the Company Store for 30 years but WILL NOT purchase again. I purchased an item from the website which stated "Item in Stock." 3 days later I called inquiring about the item and was told (after being on hold for 15 minutes) that the item is "out of stock" (even though it is still showing as "in stock" on the website). The next day I looked @ their website and the item is still showing "in stock." (I agree with one of the reviewers who said the representative seemed to be asleep - I had the same experience.) Who wants to buy from a website that shows items in stock which are not?

The worst service. A big decline in service and merchandise quality since Home Depot bought this vendor. It's over four weeks since they received my return merchandise and still no credit. I already called once and was sent emails confirming refund but no credit has shown up. Representative on phone sounded as if she was asleep and supervisor who was supposed to call me back, never called. Will never buy from them again.

This will be the third time that they were supposed to pick up a return. I am so annoyed. I was going to use the return for a birthday present but I couldn’t wait. I bought the towels and they charged me twice. I have been buying products from this store for ten years and they just lost my business.
