It's great of they get it right the first time but if they mess up (like send your RX to the wrong pharmacy twice in 1 day) you will never find a person to help you. It's nothing but a bunch of robots behind a curtain who give you prepared answers but do not offer any help. They have absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!

We attempted to have help with an ear infection for my son. It took over 8 hours and we had to take him to urgent care to get diagnosed and a script. I tried to cancel and after I told John in customer service this, He says Good news It is now with a Doctor. Only after I asked to cancel did it go to a doctor for review. Then he kept saying to be patient while the doctor reviews and sends script because they don't have to refund if script is sent. Well we had gotten a script because we could wait any longer. terrible service. I would not recommend at all. If you talk to John in customer service be prepared to just wait and get nothing out of him.

Was having horrible tooth pain within 5 hours I have the prescription picked up and hopefully will get some relief soon!! Couldn’t thank this company enough!!!

Got me in super fast and sent me treatment over quickly . There was no hidden fees or extras that needed to be done and I was able to start recovering from this nasty URI fast !!

This is a garbage company that lies and doesn’t follow through. DO NOT rely on them if you are sick. I got strep throat while visiting family for the holidays. I get it a lot. I was in a very rural area and the closest clinic was 45 minutes away. CareMD told me that they would send in my prescription 4-6 hours after I submitted and paid. I reached out repeatedly all day and night about the progress of my prescription. After waiting for 26 hours and being lied to over and over about the status of my case, I ended up having to go see a doctor 45 minutes away. The doctor’s office I saw sent in a prescription and I got my antibiotics within 30 minutes of leaving the office. I requested a refund from CareMD after waiting 26 hours and within their guidelines but never received it. After I requested a refund and 34 hours after paying, they sent in a prescription. I didn’t need it because I had already seen a doctor. I have not received a refund. Had they told me it was going to take so long and refunded me, I would’ve been understanding. My biggest issue is that they continued to lie to me while I just kept getting sicker.

This is a scam! Do NOT send them money! I wish I read these reviews before. I contacted them around 8pm Saturday 1/13/2024 because I was getting sick and all of the Urgent Care clinics were closed near me. Their website said they send prescriptions to the pharmacy "same-day" and "within 2 hours." I paid the $39 fee for their service and they noted they are busier than usual but would take care of it ASAP. I went to bed and as of 9am 1/14/2024 the next morning, (almost 12 hours later), nothing had happened. I contacted them via text as instructed and was told it would be 2 hours. 3 hours later, I contacted again and started getting automated responses. After 18 hours of waiting, I emailed and sent several texts to cancel my request and issue a refund. Their website says you can cancel for a refund any time before the prescription is filled. I sent multiple requests. This morning, 1/15/2024, 30+ hours later, I got an email saying my prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and when I replied I had cancelled and they owe me a refund, I started getting automated responses that they cannot refund once the prescription has been sent. But I cancelled 12 hours ago.

Fast turn around time. Only took about 5 hours I believe to have my prescription sent over to my pharmacy.

Take your money and then they don't respond. You can't get a refund.
