Fast service

It said wait times we're 2 hours or less and I waited 5 and in pain. Ultimately I got the prescription which is great. I would recommend to anyone who needs help fast, just be prepared that they may take longer than what they say.

Fast and easy, great cost value

The wait was much longer than anticipated. I was told 2-3 hours before a rx script would be sent to pharmacy. It took 6 hours instead. No live customer service phone number on weekends that goes for chat feature option as well. I never got a reply back trying to use the online chat feature. I'm grateful my rx was sent to the pharmacy 15 min before the store closed. The service they offer is great and the value is great. You need to really improve your over communications capabilities and over live support during core hours including weekends!

Overall not too bad. I put in for my consult at around 3:40 pm on a Saturday because I have a dental infection not too mess around with and the doctor office is closed. It's also a holiday weekend and my prescription went in and was able to be picked up by next morning around 11:00 am. It would have been nice to get some day service so that's the only reason it lost a a 5 star rating but I received my prescription in less than 24 hours so I'm happy.

Good cheap, they had to resend my prescription but I still got it the same day

I ordered 2 sterile gloves on an afternoon on Tuesday July 16th. I received the package on Sunday, July 21st. They were what I ordered in a clean package. It was nice that they can be delivered on a Sunday. The only thing was is on Medline it said for standard delivery it could be 1 to 2 days. But it was 5 days. I'm not sure what happened or if that actually is normal for a standard package. I was just starting to worry that maybe something happened to it but then it came. I do know that sometimes a package could be delivered into the wrong apartment complex where I live. It happens although not often and I don't know if that was the case of this or not.
