Terrible experience.I paid for expedited at like three o'clock, and they still got the prescription done at eight o'clock and expedited guarantees an hour.Wait, they had the refund me.The money back that, but then I had to wait the next day to get the prescription and I was dealing with issues.The day I contacted them.I've used these guys for a little while.This is like the second time that they've done this.I'm not going to use them anymore.

I would give it a minus one but I don't know why I'm not I'm in so much pain with my problem and I paid an extra $10 to have them get my script within an hour and here it is 6 hours later I can't get any customer service and they assured me I'd have my prescription filled by 11:00 p.m. Central Time and it's already 11:30 with no response so I guess they tried to take me or going to take me for $50 I would recommend going somewhere else if I were you and you're in a hurry cuz you will not get very good times with this company

It takes forever to get a prescription called and when they do it's at the time most pharmacies are closed.if there is a issue they say they are going to get back to you but never do.

I needed a refill NOT A NEW PRESCRIPTION for a CREAM tht i use for vitiligo. 9 minutes after i placed my order, i got an email saying the order would not be written. I called, asked why, the operator said "no reason, you need to go in person for this". Are you slow? its a TELEHEALTH platform for those who cannot PAY FOR AN IN PERSON VISIT. then they called me back and told me the order would be prescribed and that the systems were down before. So i waited. then i called again 6 hours later, the operator told me the doctor was still writing my prescription, and to wait another 2 hours. But at 11 pm i got an email saying the Provider would not WRITE A REFILL FOR THE ORDER THAT THEY ALREADY HAD PROMISED THEY WOULD.i still have not recieved a refund, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY WOULDNT WRITE ME PRESCRIPTION FOR A CREAM!!!!!!

Just read the reviews. It's obvious the 5 stars are mostly fake. Have a terrible abscess that urgently needs attention, and is getting worse hour by hour. They advertise 2 hours. I'm on hour 6 now and am unable to even get my script until tomorrow. That is if they even call it in. Avoid this company at all costs. I should have followed my gut and just taken myself to urgent care. Then I would have already had this process over with 2 fold. What a joke.

The website says you will have your prescription in 2 hours but I contacted them after waiting 2 hours and they told me no, it takes 4 to 6 hours. My pharmacy was closed for the weekend by the time it went through so I'm still waiting to see if I can get meds.

I used this website several times in the past and never had a problem. HOWEVER, this time I paid $40 for an upper respiratory consultation and was prescribed medication that I already take daily an allergy nasal spray that you can buy OTC and a cough medicine. When I followed up and asked for an antibiotic they told me I'd have to pay another $40. Don't waste your money here. Try a different website.

Woke up with a horrible toothache. Being Sunday I wanted to start something ASAP before it got worse. I filled out everything at 7:35am EST and paid. Around 1145am I still hadn't heard anything so I did the in-app chat and John stated he was notifying the doctor. I advised him if it wasn't going to be soon I would need a refund and go to urgent care instead and got no response. At 1230pm checked back again and once inquired with no response so at 330pm I texted the number given and they responded nearly immediately asking for my name and DOB and then they never responded again until I messaged again at 845pm letting them know I would report them to my bank for fraud if they didn't refund me to which they immediately responded they were processing my refund. I'll never use this company again.
