Took my money and still waiting for the prescription and it now going into the holiday weekend, thanks, I’ll be contacting my bank, they also wanted me to give them more money on a different app, like nope.

I’m not sure why the poor reviews and I know experiences may differ but these guys at care md have been nothing but perfect! I’d recommend them anytime any day….my prescription got sent in just a few hrs even tho I put it in around midnight…it was at the pharmacy before 6am! I just got my meds…n I’m grateful

I do not believe this is a legitimate or reputable company. They charged the fee and now I cannot get in touch with a real human over chat. When I call the phone posted on their sites, there is a phone tree but no human to answer. It disconnects every single time. I will be disputing the charge to my bank and reporting them to the BBB. Don't waste your time with this company!

I filled out the questionnaire at 11:30 am and it stated it might take 2 to 3 hours to get a response. At 4:15 I tried to call the number and an automated message said no one was available. I then did the chat on line and was told they saw my consultation and were working on a prescription. I never heard from anyone. I finally got an email that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I checked my bank account this morning and saw that I have been double charged and just received another email saying they had just sent another prescription. What the heck kind if company is this? They just hand out prescriptions like candy. They need to be checked out by the medical community.

So far I’m Not impressed they took my money I’m still waiting on an email confirming that I signed up for a tele visit I’m still in pain called the phone listed noOne to take my call and four hours later still waiting for my visit.
