Submitted consult at 2:30pm...no response until 6:43pm saying they don't prescribe in Alabama, we were in Arkansas . Stayed in Arkansas overnight. After getting location straightened out, Was prescribed inhalers which is already being taken for COPD...doesn't help chest congestion, cough and sinus congestion. What a waste of time and money

I requested a 10-day supply of this infection for dental issues and only received a 1-week supply with no refill why am I paying for something when clearly my request is not being fulfilled correctly?

Have a tooth infection, came on late Friday. Needed a prescription for antibiotics, The CareMD filled the prescription but gave me less than a weeks worth of antibiotics. I tried to get a refill and they wanted to charge me for another consult. Total Telemed scam. Short people on their prescription so they have to do another full pay consult to get better. I am sure there are trustworthy Telemed sites that take care of their patients and don't double dip.

I received an order but not for what symptoms I am having. I placed an order for ear infection and I got prescribed eye drops. Ithen sent an email back stating this misunderstanding and all I got back was, the doctor will look into it and get back to you. No one has gotten back to me. Time thought process of this company is great. However, I am still waiting for a correct response.

It’s a waiting game. I waited for a prescription in Atlanta for 8 hours and didn’t get it. I had a trip planned from Georgia to Tennessee that I couldn't postpone. 15 email, plan B worked, the prescription was transferred to Chattanooga. And then, 10 hours later I received my antibiotic. I have no idea why it takes so long to get a prescription, but it would be nice if people knew how long they would have to wait. I would also like to say that your communication is fine. I'm impressed with David! Great communicator!

I have used care md 3 times, this time my 12 noon consult did not send the prescription over until I emailed (chat dies not respond) I felt if there was a delay there should have been communication,it was only when I asked for a refund the prescription was sent in, but by then the pharmacy I indicated closed before it could be picked up. I got the antibiotics the next day. Today, I asked for a 2-3 day refill on it as I feel the tooth infection is healing but I only have one more day..they said I needed to pay another $40 consult, which would of course be the exact same answers instead of simply calling in a couple more days on the generic antibiotic which costs them NOTHING to dial a phone or email the pharmacy. They said "thank you for your patience and understanding"

After you pay your money the service goes all down hill. I had to contact them from a different phone to get them to respond to my messages. I got an immediate response when they thought I was a new victim. Finally received an email with treatment plan and that medication was sent to the pharmacy. The treat man did not include the name of the medication. It only states “Medication”.

The forms are quick and easy… HOWEVER it’s been over 4 hours and no doctor has reviewed mine yet. I’ve been using online doctors since 2020 and have never had this issue with any other site. At this point I could’ve driven to the hospital, waited, see a doctor, and taken a prescription to the pharmacy, waited for it.. and had my meds in my system. What the crap are they doing over there??? I’ll be asking for a refund and using one that gets my prescription in about 30 minutes. Cheaper is DEFINITELY not better!!!
